Smell is personal preference, so how can one be objective? You can't. So with that in mind, this does/does not smell exactly like honeysuckle. Some days, it smells like they just picked the blooms, other days it will smell close, but you know it's not. I will say I am very fussy about scent, and I love it so much, I bought another bottle. The scent will last hours, but not all day long. It is a very sweet smelling just as honeysuckle is, but for some, it may be too overbearing. I've gotten many compliments on the fragrance. I would defiantly recommend this product.

Ok so I am a major migraine sufferer and I realize not everyone will be bothered by the same scents but this does not give me even a small headache! I am so pleased as it smells just like real honeysuckle and it could last longer but it does last a good 6 hours at least. I do use it a lot. I put it on my sheets also. I hope the manufacturer never changes this formula! I'm obsessed! I haven't gotten any compliments yet but I haven't been out too much.

I love perfumes and even strong scents, but this one was too strong and while it does smell like honeysuckle, it also smells like a weird chemical or cleaning product as well, making it not tolerable. It’s really strange. And it comes out in a fine mist that gets stuck in my throat and makes me cough so much, which can’t be healthy. I gave it 3 tries, but i just can’t and won’t be using it again. I’ve never bought a scent without smelling it, but other reviews elsewhere said it was a pure honeysuckle smell so I decided to try it. I’ll never buy another scent again without smelling it first. Other reviewers said you can’t return it so I guess I wasted $22.

It definitely smells like honeysuckle but it's a little bit off-putting. Slightly long lasting, one of the best honeysuckle perfumes on the market.

Yes, this smells just like honeysuckle in heat. Demeter is notorious for hitting scents spot-on. How do they do it? This is not a manifesto on the meaning of life, only a product review, my friend. As pricey as this seems, it is well worth it. I would prefer to bathe in this scent, but simply spritzing myself with it a few times keeps me smelling like big bushels of honeysuckle all day. I also like to dab a bit on the tip of my nose for my personal enjoyment. I often catch myself sniffing the bottle. This scent triggers every memory I have of honeysuckle, and, were I blindfolded, I would be unable to tell the difference between this bottle and the real plant. Several bees, perhaps a bit dazed from their winter's rest, also seemed to think that the scent is a fine reproduction. This is a fantastic scent for women. I, honestly, would not mind it on a man, either.

This scent is close to honeysuckle but not as sweet. This scent is closer to the smell of lilac, in my opinion. This sprays strong but does not last. Less than ten minutes later I can't smell it on my skin. I can only smell it on my clothes. This is now just a glorified Room spray for me, especially since it cannot be returned. I would not recommend. There are likely better scents of honeysuckle out there, possibly for a greater price but likely worth it.

Smells exactly like a honeysuckle bush. Not just the flowers either - you can smell a “green” fragrance beneath the floral that takes me back to my childhood summer days, dodging bees while picking honeysuckle off the back fence. This is a LARGE bottle for the price! This isn’t my first purchase from Demeter, and I’ve never been disappointed. Their fragrances are dead-on to what they advertise.

I have been looking for a real honeysuckle fragrance for a long time. After reading the reviews on this one, I thought I had struck gold. The product just came today and, in my opinion, doesn't really smell like much of anything, other than alcohol. There is a faint, somewhat honeysuckle-ish fragrance under the alcohol odor. I have a honeysuckle vine in my yard & I love the smell of it when it is blooming and that's the fragrance I was expecting. This just misses the mark. Maybe the fragrance is just too faint to overpower the smell of alcohol (the first ingredient of this product). The fragrance also doesn't last very long at all. A couple of hours and it's gone. I'd send it back but between the postage both ways & the restocking fee it's just not worth it. What a disappointment.

Its nice but lacks the honey suckle sweatness in its smell.

Purtroppo non è come me lo aspettavo, ho comprato in passato quello da 7ml ed è stato l'unico profumo acquistato a sapere di caprifoglio, purtroppo svaniva subito, questo non solo svanisce subito ma non ha lo stesso profumo, assomiglia più al mughetto
