After lockdown was introduced I had acrylics on my nails which were going to come off, and I wanted something to keep me busy in the meantime.I read other reviews and understood that at a price so cheap the products were going to be average.Overall, the product is pretty good, comes with a good selection of colours and tools along with a lamp all for a price under £30. If you just wanted to experiment then this is a good buy.I saw other reviews stating they tried to cure it and it was still 'sticky'. The nails are only sticky if you dont wipe the nails after each coat, especially the base. Use an acetone wipe or cleanser that comes with it and simply wipe the sticky residue off.there was also another review stating they all peeled off within 24 hours and i have to dispute. Mine have stayed on pretty well, all be it not weeks mind, only a few days, however the price reflects this. You'll also need to buy a seperate acetone to remove as well as the wipes dont do much. It is a pretty good kit for the price.I researched more and found the lamp wasn't too powerful, meaning you would have to put your hand in for longer than a normal one. Upon finding this out I simply went and bought another lamp for around £10 which works great with the nail polishes.This kit also comes with nail stickers and gems which is a nice touch. I think its the best value for money kit on amazon, but obviously if you want things a bit more professional its probably a good idea to research more and buy some different things instead of using the kit ones such as a new lamp or bottle of acetone to remove.The nail polish bottles are small but great for experimenting.Good product, would be good to buy for someone who is just trying things like this out as its cheap and a good way to see if you like it.Wouldn't necessarily replace my monthly nails done by a professional.

This is a good starter kit and good value for money. Brought for me and my daughter to play with, easy to use colours are nice lots of accessories come with it. Only real downside is the polishes arnt labelled so you have to go through and check them all (except top and base coat) and it doesn't have a mains plug in.Ppl have mentioned it's sticky still after the timer, once you've completed the polish get the cleansing wipe and go over the top of the nails removes any stickyness.

After reading some not so great reviews I was sceptical, however this product is brilliant. I never usually leave reviews but I thought after reading some bad ones, I'd leave a good one! Super easy to use, very simple and the results are lovely. The quality of the polish feels similar to the nail salons, and although the bottles of polish are small it so far seems great value for money. I am going to order some other gel polishes as the lamp cures all gel polish, but for a beginner kit this is perfect! You need a plug as it only comes with a USB cable, I used my apple one and it worked fine. Cures perfect and the gel polish is very shiny and seems hard wearing. I defo recommend buying as an easy at home kit. 30 odd quid, which is what i spend monthly on my nails going to the salon, and I can do this at home as many times as I like, and spend a few extra pounds on some other nail polishes, and I am set for many months to come. Saved me money and looks great!

Good value starter set overall. Good choice of colours and plenty of accessories.Would have been nice to have a power supply included though, even if it meant a higher price; there is only a USB lead in the box. The lamp is rated at 36W so in order to achieve full power it would need an 8 amp plug with a USB output to achieve this. iPad chargers for example are only 2A or 10 Watts at 5V.

Good gel kit and variety of tools and colours. The top coat isn’t the best it peels easy. The bottom coat takes a while to cure but it’s not too bad for beginners! I would just advise buying a different top coat :)

I am not going to put a picture on as I Need practice to not get it on my fingers - I needed to put this on as people have said in their reviews that the lamp is not powerful enough. I did the base coat and it did not seem like it had worked - did 2 coats of the colour, was still very tacky so was disappointed put them under the lamp about 3 times - still tacky BUT WAIT.... I thought - I am going to put the top coat on anyway and see ... HARD AS NAILS!!!!!! (Excuse the pun!!) haha. .. you feel it get a bit hot and then it stops wait for the 120 seconds - bloomin perfect! BE PATIENT GUYS!!! Great value for money! X great starter pack for less than the price I pay for a set!!!I’m going to enjoy doing them xx

Went to use the nail curer for the first time since receiving it to find some of the led lights do not work. So on going to cure base coat it’s still tacky after 3 mins. Probably worth buying more expensive one to get desired results.

Good product for first time use of gel polish at home. The lead for the lamp could be longer and one of the varnish bottles had a loose lid causing a leak in the box which wasn’t great when received! Product easy to use, love the accessories you get.
