Great med container
Works great for nitro pills. I got 3 nitro pills to fit, but wish it was a little larger for a couple of 81mg aspirin. The aspirin are just a little too wide to fit especially the chew-able kind. I cant remember if there was a slightly larger one to order or not, if there is I would opt for that just so you can have both pills for an emergency. The capsule wears well. I have had it on for 2 weeks now and it is just fine. There is an o-ring seal where the pendant separates so no need for removal for shower.

Too tiny for a pill
I had to break my pill into two to be able to fit it (it’s a tiny pill, width of a Tylenol if that )Seems to be hood up other than the clamps are flimsy but pill hasn’t gotten wet since purchase which is a huge plus. Great concept just wish it was a little wider

Looks great as a piece of jewelry BUT... Not enough room inside. I take 1mg Xanax, they’re not bigger than the orange Advil pills, and they wouldn’t fit. Besides not enough room , everything else checks out

Great pill container for very tiny pills (won't fit larger pills)
The pill container is great, but very small. If you're using it for nitroglycerin or birth control, it'll be fine. I had to break my relatively small pill in half to fit it (I need to have it on me in case of an emergency). The only downside to the necklace was the loop attaching the container to the chain. It literally pulled apart on my first day, but I just fed the little hole attached to the container through the chain, and it works great. The pill container is really well made, and even a bit heavy for its size. All in all, it worked for me, but you'd need to have tiny pills or something you could break in half to fit inside.

To tiny for small pills
I have to take meds throughout the day and thought this would be great. It is much to small to fit these tiny pills . Pill fit one side but got stuck, doesn’t fit blue side. Compare pills with Tylenol capsule. Useless to me.

Perfect!
Bought it to hold nitro tabs. Holds seven Nitro 0.4mg tabs easily and I could probably get one or two more to fit. So far capsule has been water tight. Chain isn't impressive and I'm looking to replace it with something a little nicer. Having peace of mind my Nitro is close when I need it is priceless.
