The chair arrived covered in dirt. It was bagged with protective plastic but when the bag was removed there was a fine layer of what appeared to be dirt all over the chair.I contacted GTracing about the chair and the warranty. Apparently if you buy the chair from them on their website you get an extra 2 years warranty whereas if you buy from Amazon you only get a 1 year warranty. Since they were out of stock on their website I was forced to buy from Amazon to get this chair. I asked if I could get the extra 2 year warranty since they were out of stock on their website and they said "no". I think this is poor customer service, my request is not asking too much and is pretty reasonable considering they were out of stock on their website. For this reason and because the chair arrived dirty I have to give this a 1 star. I do not recommend you buy this chair from Amazon and buy directly from GTracing, if at all due to the dirtiness and poor customer service.Getting to the chairs comfort, its a little firm on the seat part but that was to be expected as this also will provide more support and should break in with use. I wish the armrests would have more adjustment up and down and I wish they could slide back and forth.I'm 240 lbs and 6ft. My head goes over the head support about half way. Its wide enough to fit my legs comfortably. I do wish the up and down lever was a little easier to use, when sitting on the chair and you pull the lever, it drops way to quickly and its very hard to fine tune.If GTracing contacts me about the extended warranty and will extend it the 2 years as it should I will consider revising my review but as of right now I'm not happy with how they handled the situation. Also, I would be nice to have an explanation on why the chair arrived so dirty.Upadate: The bottom of the chair broke and I had to contact GTracing about a refund. They issued a refund for the chair. I have raised my stars to 3 stars for them at least standing behind the product. If they would reply sooner then every 24 hours I would have given them 4 stars.

For the price this is unbeatable. I previously owned a N0BLE EPIC, but was forced to sell it when I lost my job a few years back. I finally decided to buy a new computer chair as I will be working from home for the next few weeks and came across this icon;) Ordered on a Sunday and it arrived on a Wednesday, I was shocked how quick it shipped in light of recent shelter in place orders. Setup took 10 minutes, all the parts feel high quality, the PU leather feels just as good as the higher priced competitors and the support it provides is next level. At almost half the cost of the competition this chair exceeds all expectations.

Welp I was too soon on my first review. After only owning this chair for 2 months it's already falling apart. I am a 250 pound man so I bought this chair thinking it would last a good year with a 400Ib capacity. Boy was I wrong. First, the wheels on this chair are very cheap all broke and I had to replace them with wheels from am old desk chair. The chair also leans to the right i thought this was due to me not assembling it correctly but after putting it together and taking it apart 5 times I learned it was not due to my assembling. Next thing to go was the mechanism that allows you to lean the back rest a full 180 degrees. That mechanism broke and now if I lean back the slightest I fall all the way back. All in all this chair is not worth it at all. Save up another 100$ and get a name brand chair. I went back to using my 50$ walmart office chair instead of this piece of trash.

I ordered this chair for my husband and he loves it. Nice quality material, and tall back side. It was very easy to assemble. One of the arm chairs was faulty and would just fall back down when raised. I contacted GTRACING and they responded within a day and sent me a replacement part within a week, no hassles. I really appreciated the customer support!

Lasted 9 months of light use. I am not heavy, just tall, and the recline feature broke the chair. The recline caused you to put leverage on the metal bracket joining the back to the seat base, and the seat base is made of some cheap materials that broke. So now the seat is basically permanently reclined, and unusable for any back support. Don’t add features that cause the chair to break itself...

My original review said this was a great chair except for some flimsy arm rests. After a few months working out of the chair, the form factor is nice, but it is pretty cheaply made. The back leans like someone reclined in it for hours on end (which I haven't). The base creaks like crazy. I think there are better options available, especially in the big and tall offerings.

Update to the review. The wheels broke in April. Purchased at the very end of December.Easy to put together, but it’s a little hard. After long periods of time your behind will need a break.

This chair was purchased in Jan 2020. Primarily used as office chair for 6+ hours of seated work. I weigh 220 lbs and the chair frame has snapped under the seat base. It tilts forward at a potentially dangerous angle if seated toward the front edge. Highly disappointed in build quality
