I luv luv luv this body bar! I bought it for a more advanced Tae Bo Amped workout. Their bar is 3 lbs and i've used it for 4 yrs now and needed a challenge. Just 2-3 workouts with this bar, I noticed a major difference! Awesome tool, can't wait to upgrade to the next weight!
