This is my new "go to" enzyme supplement. I have looked for years to replace Nature's Plus Actizyme (a great but very expensive product) and this Whole Foods Market branded supplement has been the best alternative to a hard to replace product. The ingredients are mostly similar to Actizyme but Actizyme has a few more ingredients. I always feel well when I have taken these a few minutes before a meal. They seem to be doing the job.

These seem to be good. I have less digestive issues taking them with meals.
