Nice thought, but junk
Super easy instal and Alexa integration. Unfortunately I also ask that is works. . .Pros:- easy install- easy Alexa integration- first product didn't work so they sent me a new one for freeCons:- 2nd one wasn't much better than the first.- Display of garage door in app does not change if any other means outside of the app are used to open the door.- POOR camera quality.- disconnects from wifi constantly- didn't last 6 months before it gave up the ghost.- constantly need firmware updateOverall a not the product you want to substitute out door remotes and key pads.

Very easy to install and easy to use
This is a great product if you are just getting into smart home technology. Installation took about 15-20 from beginning to end. Installation was easy, the directions are helpful. The original door opener in the garage stills works perfectly as do the original door opener remotes, this device does not cause any interference. Tested sending signals from both WiFi connected device and over cell service, both worked perfectly. The opening signal seems to arrive more quickly than the closing, but both work. Camera is ok, but a nice feature. App is very easy to use.

Works great
Camera quality could be better but for this price point it's not bad. Setup was troublesome at first due to the firmware being out of date. The app's backend isn't really well designed but the front ent is nice and clean.

Will NOT connect to the WiFi even at 3 inches apart & will not return Help requests
This unit is hopeless. I attempted multiple times to link the unit to the router. It timed out every single time. I even positioned the router, the unit and my phone next to each other (about 3 or 4 inches apart). Timed Out! Over and Over! Most frustrating! My router supports 5 and 2.4 GHz devices. I have a Nest camera and Hello Door bell - work flawlessly; from the start. I also have an UltraLoq U-Bolt deadbolt that works quite well now (after connecting to a network extender). That is, I am not a rookie installer.I am returning this unit; I think I might try the Chamberlain unit, even though it is significantly more expensive.I kept unit for another week hoping Atomi would respond to my request I submitted via their Support Website. NOTHING! They must realize they have a lousy product, thus not worth responding.

Never could get it to pair with wifi ... and called customer serveice ...
After a couple of hours messing with the thing with no avail, returned it. I don't know whether it works or not.

Perfect upgrade to an existing garage door setup!
I bought this product because I have family that frequently visit and I wanted them to be able to let themselves in. They had to be at my house to set up the app, but after that they've been able to use it easily! Pro tip: make sure to turn off notifications from the app for others or else they'll get a ding everytime the garage door is open or shut (as the homeowner, I love that level of information for myself).

Works great for a few months...
I bout this back in July and it worked great for a few months. Now it opens the garage door on its own at random times during the day. I loved that it works with Google and Alexa and often used it from my Google Home app. Again, that didn’t work very well after a few months. It showed that the garage door was “on” or “of” which translates to open and closed, but nothing would happen. The WiFi signal is strong in my garage and I tried resetting it several times. Eventually I had to unplug it and take it down. The setup was VERY easy and only took about 10-15 minutes. The most time consuming part was getting the unit connected to the WiFi. I wish there were other options for people that have an “off” brand garage door system that they want to make “smart” because this seemed to be a great choice. Now I wish that I could get my money back and keep exploring my options.

Difficult to set up
It’s hard to set up and it’s not working. You can see a still shot from the camera but it’s very grainy and hard to see. But no video. Nothing live. We have both of the connections but it won’t control the garage door.
