Comfortable and well made
Ive had this for almost a year and it’s held up very well. It’s comfortable to sleep in and has good adjustability. It is not a brace you’d want to use for typing or most other kinds of work, but it’s great for sleeping. I bought another sleep brace from ComfyBrace at the same time as this one and not only was it not as good as the Mueller, it literally blew out and spilled the filling while I slept.

Perfect Comfortable Position
This Mueller Night Support is just what I needed. It not only prevents my wrist from moving but also prevents my hand from bending down while sleeping. I have larger hands for a woman and it adjusted perfectly to where I can where comfortably all night. I think many women have a habit of placing the back of their hand against their face, with the rest of the arm bent downwards at the wrist while sleeping, something that I was thinking was exacerbating to my own carpal tunnel issues. I kept waking up in this position as my carpal tunnel was getting worse. A friend with carpal tunnel said that her doctor told her this is so as well. This brace prevents me from being able to do that, giving my wrist some opportunity to rest and heal. I thought it might be hot to wear and I have not had any issue with it feeling hot. The palm pad feels good - this support feels to me more like it is coddling and nurturing to my hand and wrist, keeping it ever so comfortably in the correct position. My friend also tried this to see how it felt - she recently bought one too!

Instant Relief, with Update!
I've had mild carpel tunnel in both wrists for the last 16 years. For whatever reason over the last 2 months my right wrist has been much more symptomatic. My doctor gave me a brace, but it was a piece of junk that did nothing to stop the pain, burning and numbness I would experience, especially at night. I was waking up in near tears multiple times a night from the extreme pain, and figured I would have to look into surgery to get relief. I ordered this brace as a last resort, and am so glad I did. I've used it for the past 5 nights, and haven't woke up with pain, burning, or numbness once! It is very comfortable, and completely immobilizes my wrist. I have a smaller hand and forearm, so the brace does seem a bit bulky, but it's not bothersome. Please note this brace is only for sleeping in, you will not be able to do normal tasks with it on. Between this and a copper fit brace I'm using for daytime use, I feel like I can hopefully hold off on surgery for a good while. Update 3/17- I took away a star from this product because as I've continued to use it, I have pain in my mid upper arm through the night and morning because of the weight of this brace. I'm going to try the Ace brand night brace as it feels considerably lighter. If you not a weakling like me, and have some decent muscle tone in your arms, it probably won't cause you a problem.

Works well! I even bought a 2nd after using the 1st
Great brace! It is so good, that I bought a second one for someone else as a gift. Easy to put on and adjust for smaller or medium size wrists. Wearing it at night has been a lifesaver for removing wrist pain as a stomach sleeper.

High quality materials & construction, very comfortable but loose for med sized female
I think these are the 5th or 6th set of carpal tunnel braces I've ordered in the past year - 2nd set of night braces, although I've worn some of my daytime braces at night for extra support. These are definitely the most comfortable set I've found. These appear to be & feel very well made...quite a bit better quality than most of the others I've tried. I really like how there are 2 large velcro closures on top & then 1 wrap-around velcro band that gives great support/compression at the wrist. The wrap around band also attaches well to the brace. I really dislike it when the straps don't fully attach & then get caught on clothing etc. These definitely won't do that. My only note is that they are larger than I expected. I am a very average sized woman with average hands & wrists (maybe slightly small wrists). These braces could fit a much larger hand than mine...I would guess up to a med to med/large male hand. This hasn't really bothered me since they are for sleeping but there is a lot of room in the finger area. It hasn't bothered me because there is a well-sized bean-bag that your hand naturally bends around...as a result the space left above the back of the hand hasn't reduced the effectiveness for me. If you are looking for a tight brace from wrist to hand & you are a small to average female these may not be for you.

One (Almost) Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest
Absolutely a sanity and life saving product for me. This is not hyperbole. I was suffering from some of the most excruciating carpal/medial nerve pain all the way from my wrist up to my elbow. I was beginning to go a bit bonkers from lack of sleep do to being woken up every 20-30 min with radiating, immense pain. This went on for a week, and I finally got desperate and did some research, leading me to this product. I had used a TENS unit, tubes of Icy Hot, electric massagers, etc. with minimal help. The TENS helped the most but still wouldn’t really stop it for more than an hour or two. Enter this nighttime use CT brace. Mueller got it right, as it knocked it out within days. Its all I really needed apparently, was for my wrist to just be restricted from movement for a few days or so. Long enough to heal the issue a bit. When we are asleep we naturally move a bit and with pain we move even more creating a pain cycle. This put a stop to that. This is designed very well, as it doesn’t cut off any circulation or create any trade off pain. It is highly adjustable and super easy to put on or take off. Easily the best purchase I’ve ever made in terms of value for benefit received. I hope anyone reading this never has to experience the level of pain I have but if you have, give this a try. It may just save your sanity like it did mine.

I've bought 3 pairs, each has needed to be replaced sooner than the last.
First, let me say that I am so glad I found these back in 2020, I curl my hands up under my chin when I'm sleeping and it has caused sharp pain in my hands and wrists, and these braces were a godsend. The first pair last almost 2 full years, they were still comfortable to wear, but the velcro wasn't holding very well, so I bought another pair. The second pair were less comfortable and the velcro wore out quicker, and I had to replace them after a year and a half. I realized i was wearing each brace on the same hand every night, so when I got the third pair, I've made a point to alternate right and left hand, but they've still gotten to be uncomfortable, and it's only been about 6-7 months and the velcro is already wearing out and coming off while I sleep. I really wanted to continue using these, because I actually need them, but at this point I'm looking at other brands, because each pair I've bought has worn out and become less comfortable to wear sooner than the last.

What a difference!
I had been using the wrist brace at night, but that didn't stop my wrist from tilting backwards. Nevertheless, it was all I knew. As I was looking for one for my left wrist, I noticed this in the "customers who bought this also bought...." I had no idea such a thing existed. This is perfect. It completely disables my wrist. No movement and no harsh angles. It is big and bulky and when I tried to use my phone and type a text message, my thumb couldn't reach the middle letters. LOL I'm supposed to be sleeping with this on, not sending texts. After a few nights with this on, the pain and tension in my wrist disappeared, I can go several weeks in between uses (unless I've been doing a lot of computer work). Some people mentioned that the thumb hole dug into the webbing. I did not experience that, but I can see how it might if you have larger hands--perhaps. I have absolutely nothing to compare this to except the wrist brace, and this is AMAZING compared to that. The wrist brace is great during the day, but this night brace is a game changer for me. Double bonus that it works on both wrists--obviously not at the same time. I would definitely recommend this.
