It tastes good and helps with dehydration problems. Since I started taking this drink during hot days of tennis, I've felt more refreshed and less tired. Tends to clump a bit during humid days but is easy to break up into powder. I've been using Rebound for a few years now and have no complaints but it is a bit on the expensive side tho not any more than an equivalent number of bottled or canned drinks.

Next time, I think I'll mix Rebound with Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.5 and get the best of both worlds in one glass.

Youngevity is the best on the market. I was receiving autoships from them, but shipping is better with Amazon.

This stuff is amazing. I used to work sandblasting heavy equipment (very exhausting physically) and I would drink a Rebound at lunch. It gave me energy to keep going through the day. I wouldn’t say it’s like coffee, it more replenishes what you lost and gives you a quick boost.
