Missing major piece
Gorgeous, beautiful sound, but when I received it it was missing a chime. Hoping to hear back from the sellers soon about getting a replacement chime. The hook is there, and the one bell has a chime. So it obviously got lost in packaging because there were no holes or anything in the bubble wrap, it was packed very tight.
