I love the taste of the tea and beautiful scent and packaging. Also nice shape triangle herbal tea bag ,taste as expected herbal ,its palatable and its ok . There's 10tea bags in the package. I will be Drinking it from day 1 of my cycle till day 10. Will wait to see effect on the actual cycle but it says womb warming tea with dong quai, so will see.

There is a smell, but I like it and the tea tastes absolutely fine, not very much of a taste. However, there was zero instructions on when to actually take this tea and what part of your cycle is best. I started on day 6 of cycle and will continue to day 14 of cycle ( up to ovulation). One thing I have noticed right away is a calming effect straight after drinking the tea which is relief due to having chronic anxiety and I believe this to be the dong quai. I really hope the manufacturer will continue to make this product and continue to sell. Over all, brilliant and well made.

Did not notice any difference

No cramping since I started using this tea. it's very good. i love it

I hardly taste anything it's a waste of money honestly did not notice any difference either might work you but doesn't work for me the packaging is ok tho

Purchased based on producent promise. I expect that do the job taste in this case is not important. If you like Chinese herbs then this is for you.
