Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had it engraved with my son’s name and year was born and died I had his ashes put in it. The message on front is small and hard to read. The size is smaller then the last one I bought

This item exceeded my expectations. It was packaged with such care and it’s absolutely stunning. I received many compliments and I would definitely purchase it again!

The chain is just a little shorter than I would like. And there's no way to attach the charms so that they stay above the pendant. It all sort of hangs together in a group. I didn't really like that I may get another chain from a jeweler and possibly find a way to attach the charms so they stay permanently fixed in one spot. That being said I love the opportunity to have my mother with me. I miss her dearly and wish we had had a better relationship in life but she will always be with me and I see her everywhere. Thank you for creating such a product that I can have her close always. Try to make it better with the chain and the pendants and it would be perfect.
