I'm very pleased with this product. It replaced a cheap temporary deck mounted unit that felt plastic and needed a few pumps to get the soap out. This one feels sturdy, has a bit of weight to it, and works very well. The styling is modern and blends in nicely with our Dornbracht faucet. It's not insanely expensive and works far better that the ~$25 units you see on the site. I didn't use the included supply bottle and instead added a $10 extension tube kit to a large supply bottle under the cabinet. Highly recommend.

This is the third under the sink soap dispenser I bought and finally, I found the perfect one. Now I know what to look for! Hansgrohe Under Sink Soap Dispenser, Focus 3-inch, Modern Soap Dispenser in Chrome, 40438001 1. The spout is long enough (3 1/4") so that the soap will land in the corner of the sink. No dripping onto the counter, or along the side of the sink. 2. The soap bottle is 16 ounces, which is on the larger side of bottles. 3. The suction power is excellent. The straw is strong and solid, allowing for a strong pump of soap that works every time. 4. I love the flat shape of the base, and how it lays flush on the countertop, with just a touch of height. 5. The top of the dispenser is sturdy and strong. When you pump it, it will not jiggle and move around. 6. I can gently pull off the top of the dispenser, and refill the bottle from the top. They even give you a funnel. 7. I chose the shiny Chrome finish, which comes shiny and clean with just a microfiber cloth. If you are able to spend the $50, I know others may cost less, but the extra money will be well worth your while. After returning two dispensers that dribble out soap with a cheap suction straw, or have a short spout, or wiggle around unsteadily, I am so happy to have this item. This is something I will have for a long time, so I want it to be right. You will be very happy with this.

This Hansgrohe soap dispenser has a clean, slick functional appearance. It is very solid & substantial without being bulky. Doesn't wobble or have that plastic feel. You can tell you're dealing with precision German engineered steel. The spout is long enough to reach out over our farm sink. It doesn't squirt too much liquid. The threaded tube is long enough to extend thru our quartz counter top which is thicker than standard. Installation & refill could not be easier. It was not inexpensive, but I think it was well worth spending a little extra. Extremely pleased with this purchase.

I'm torn on this review. Pros: The actual build quality of this is AMAZING. I CANNOT overstate this. Every part appears milled from a solid block of stainless steel and very nicely finished. No cheap chrome-plated plastic. It's crazy and I'm confident you could destroy a tank by just tossing this at it. The internals all appear excellent and the actual soap outlet has a tiny rubber nozzle to prevent long-term corrosion from constant soap contact. Cons: The actual pumping action feels weirdly cheap... It's hard to explain but there's too much play when you press down- instead of a nice smooth downward motion the whole head kind of tips forward and almost jams. You have to push it perfectly in the center of dispense head for the motion to feel smooth. Based on how well the whole thing is made, this is such a weird oversight/issue. But it's kind of a haptics thing and may not bother you. I'll probably buy a few more for the other bathrooms despite the weird flaw... It looks fantastic too.

I installed this myself (75 years old female) and it was so easy! Works perfectly and well made. So easy to use - just add liquid soap from the top with the funnel that is supplied - no fuss no mess. This is a great price and matches all my other sink fixtures - it's a nice brushed nickel and made of stainless steel. I am buying another for my laundry room.

As expected from this brand, solid and elegant. Instellation is fine.

purchased March 2023.I have taken it apart and cleaned all parts I can reach. Does not squirt well..or very small amount even when it was new. Now it doesn't squirt at all. I seldom write negative reviews. I am not happy with this item.

It is well made, easy to install, and works perfectly. Love the way it looks -- now we have a matching soap dispenser for our recently installed hansgrohe faucet.

Bueno, fácil de usar se requieren las dos manos forzosamente para usarlo, antes de este tenia uno que con una mano se podía extraer el jabón, con este es un poco complicado pero lo recomiendo por su buena calidad de materiales

I use the soap dispenser for dishwashing liquid. It looks great on the kitchen bench.
