If you've ever managed a restaurant, you know the deal - you're running, lifting, climbing, delegating, moderating, mentoring, all the while public facing, with a smile..!! Initially ordered for a last minute wardrobe emergency, but this lil gem from Amazon has quickly become my favorite and my go-to (my blazer collection ranges from H&M to Hugo Boss, so probably in part bc i don't feel terrified of ruining it lol)The fit is amazing, no need to tailor, just needs a once over with a steamer and ready to wear. Has slight stretch = SO comfortable yet still thick/structured enough to hold shape all day.I wouldn't go so far as to say it will keep you cool (it's a jacket..), but I literally run around in it and the first time i broke out in an actual sweat was this week, bc it's over 90*F and the ac was broken (the ac has been fixed as of today.Also if it helps, I'm 5-5"-5'6" -ish, IDK lbs (160-200?), no hips, no booty; all extra weight is carried up top and belly, 36D-38C and i ordered a L. Possibly relevant restaurant details - high end clientele, michelin star celeb chef, downtown chicago - only mentioning this as it relates to appearance expectations on top of functionality.Tldr: worth buying!!!!!!!

I ordered a medium it fits great, but I could tell it was return with one sleeve rolled up, and was just wadded up in a bag without being folded nicely in their pretty box like I ordered before..I plan on keeping this dress jacket, and plan on buying more colores, but if any of them are delivered without their box and wadded up in a plastic bag, I will return them.Overall, I really like the style a lot!However, I paid for new and expect them to be shipped and delivered in new condition.Thank you!

I’m about a size 6/8, 38D I ordered a Medium and buttoning this was a struggle. I was afraid it might pop and it just looked like the poor button was hanging on for dear life. I ordered the large and it was perfect. Not a huge fan of the shoulder pads (I’m pretty sure it’s PTSD from the NFL approved sized ones we wore in the 90s), but these actually aren’t horrific. This blazer does NOT look cheap, which was important to me. For that reason alone, it’s worth the extra coin. Love that it’s lined and has useable pockets. My days of unlined blazers are over. Do yourself the favor of spending a bit extra for the blazer with lining. It’s worth it and just makes you feel BETTER about your entire outfit, it looks so much more polished. Thank me later…and buy the blazer.

The is a good choice for an everyday blazer you buy sight unseen, but based on what I bought today at Nordstrom Rack for less money, the quality doesn’t match the cost. There are amazing fabrics that are comfortable, drape well, and are wrinkle resistant. This isn’t one of them.I normally wear a size 10-12 jacket. Based on reviews, I ordered a medium because I have narrow shoulders, a large waist, and tend not to button my blazers. Medium was a great choice. Here are the exact measurements: 38” armpit to armpit, 34” waist, 28” long (hit just below butt), 22” sleeves, 18” shoulder to shoulder. I wear a 38C and size 12 pants, and this was too snug to wear buttoned, but the arm length was perfect. The length seemed a tad long and felt boxy. The shoulders had minimal padding and looked natural. There are no back vents, sleeve vents, sleeve buttons, and only one center cheap oversized button. The lining color clashed with the outer fabric. It was ugly, and there were some minor lumps visible.There was a noticeable pucker in the seam near the left shoulder, which makes it unwearable. The fabric is not wrinkle resistant, and the wrinkles don’t relax while wearing, which is another deal breaker. A nice amount of spandex makes it comfortable.The color, a rose khaki, looked beautiful in photos, but was so muted, it washed me out. The collar didn’t lay smoothly, but considering it’s mass produced, it has a good overall shape. I recommend a dark color that won’t show wrinkles or puckers.As a comparison, a bought a gorgeous blazer by Tahari that is so much better in every way and only cost $32. This one is going back. I’ve spent too much money buying clothes that were just ok.

I love this blazer I am 5’1 ordered a small perfect fit. The sleeves are a little long but I rolled them up. Good quality for the price. I will be buying more in other colors.

All reviews are correct that this runs small, but it feels great and looks like I paid more for it. If you want it to button, size up. I am ok with not buttoning and like the just right fit. I will probably order more colors.

Great quality . I ordered one in Apricot last month, it was tan. Kept it and ordered another in Apricot thinking they just sent wrong one , nope , this one is also tan. To me the word apricot is a peachy pale color. Or something except tan. Returning last purchase
