A... surprise book!
It contains the whole structure to buid a soccer team, if you follow the methodology. It's a really good book.

Outstanding Resource for coaches
So glad that I bought this book before the start of our pre-season preparations. There is an entire schedule with daily training sessions incorporating fitness/tactics etc Loads of ideas for a coach to work from. Reduces your time spent planning massively as you can simply cherry pick drills and create a solid session in a short period of time. The way I use the book is to pick different segments and piece them together to create my own sessions. Most grassroots teams don't have the option to train daily but it doesn't effect the relevance of the content.A lot of the drills are very simple but also very effective. My players have improved and enjoyed the sessions. Results have also improved over pre-season and we have only lost a single game 1-0 to a higher league opponent. Winning 2 and drawing 2. We are much fitter and more organised. My only criticism is that the explanations are a bit short/vague for some of the exercises. You can roughly figure it out with a bit of common sense but this is a limitation of sorts.Overall extremely pleased with this book, I am constantly referring to it over every other resource I have and I will continue to work from this in the future. If the author released any further material I'd also purchase without hesitation based on the strength of this book.Thank you Vasilis!
