The quality is great. Its a softer rubbery plastic compound. Bought it to use on terrace to mark track for my daughter skating. The quality is such that it wont break even the skates goes over it. Flexible and shiny. 100% offers value for money.

Colourful, light and portable
I picked these up to help as markers for parking practice. They worked well and are quite visible. Good piece of kit, well made. But if you're looking for something that will stay in place with moderate wind then this is not the product for you. Other than that very good for the price, will recommend.
