I got a sample of this from Sephora because I am in total love with Sk-II's essential moisturizer. The first time using it I used the recommended amount (the size of a pea, I think) and that amount did dry my face out and made it feel tight (which the heavenly moisturizer of course corrected.) Persevering on, the next day I used HALF that amount on my large face and it worked beautifully. Now, I wet my face, smear the cleanser as much as I am able (which is not far, it must be super concentrated) then wet my hands again and again while massaging it around my face until it (lightly) foams and my whole face has been massaged with the milky stuff. Then I wipe it all off with a wet washcloth.Because I have pigment scarring from hormonal acne I wear a full face of high coverage make-up everyday- foundation and concealer. This means a lot of product to wash off. My old favorite cleanser- DDF glycolic 5%, did a great job but I'd still find traces on color left behind when I used a cotton pad of toner after cleansing. Somehow a minute amount of this SK-II cleanser removes all the make up I wear BETTER than all my previous cleansers ever did. How does it work? Magic?After using my skin is softer than usual- as if I'd had a nice face mask on instead of just cleansed- and best part of all- within a few days I was able to see a clear lightening of my pigment scars. This is unheard of! I mean, I knew it was a "treatment" cleanser but so often terms like that are pure marketing and utterly meaningless. I can't say what other conditions this cleanser would treat, but it certainly does reduce discoloration spots.Again, the best price for this product was on Amazon. Wish the price was better in general because this amount of money is ridiculous, but the saving grace is that you use so little it ends up lasting as long as, if not longer than, other products.(Off topic but I must say that I use Lancome's Teint Idole 24 hour foundation as a concealer and it is hands down the best concealer I have ever used in the past 20 years of using concealers- it's amazing for covering acne and pigment scars, lasts at least 18 hours in all kinds of weather- humid summer months, wet winter days, doesn't oxidize and they're stupid not to market it as a concealer.)

I've been using this product for years and I'm very happy with it. A little bit goes along way. My skin always feels clean and refreshed.

My first time buying this and I’m a little disappointed that its not full and it fill only a little over half. The price is not cheap so I thought it going to be full.

Luxurious as are all SKII products. Non drying and pleasant smelling. great for sensitive skin.

Love the fresh scent and silky feel. I have been using Olay products all my life. I received this product as a gift and it is now my go to facial cleanser.

my friend recommended it to me, and i tried it although it is very expensive just for a facial cleanser, the result is I LIKE IT A LOT! it is so gentle while cleaning your face. its worth the money,

ive been using this for a few years now.. very gentle, doesnt leave skin feeling dry or oily.
