If you're reading these reviews trying to decide if you want one of these, you probably still have many questions. There's very little information on these outside Amazon reviews, so I'm going to try to write a review that would have answered the questions I had before buying one. The main question is, of course, does it work?But first things first. The package I received in the mail was entirely discreet. Nothing whatsoever gave away its contents. I have a nosy mailman so this was a priority, and I was not disappointed. So don't worry about that.Upon opening the package I felt some immediate regret. Most reviews of these things say to order a size down. I'm exactly on the line between small and medium, so I went with the advice and ordered a small. What I found in the package was TINY, and the material felt thin and stiffer than I imagined. It didn't seem stretchy enough to possibly fit. You'll understand what I mean when you hold it. It does feel delicate.To my surprise, not only did I successfully get it on without tearing, it fit like it was sewn around me. I own a lot of "ice silk" type briefs you find all over Amazon. Many sit slightly too low for me. Most don't fully cup the buttocks, and cut across awkwardly. This ZMASI brief is definitely a full brief, and for me it sits right in all the places I find comfortable. It's like wearing a hug. If they ditched the gimmicky pad and just sold this as normal underwear, it would be my go-to pair. It is that comfortable.But does it work? Well, the short answer is no, the longer answer is yes. Does it do what you wish it would do? No, because magic sadly hasn't been invented yet. But does it work to the extent that something like this can be expected to work at all? That I would say yes. My complaint is the pad sags at the leg openings. If you're expecting it to feel a bit like wearing a cup, with the fabric on the sides of the pad forming a seal around your legs, it does not do that. It hangs open. However, as there's no instructions, I can't say I know for sure that I'm wearing it right. It could be that I just haven't figured out exactly how I'm supposed to position myself in it. And I'll say that when I'm sitting with my legs slightly squeezed together, using my thighs to grip the sides of the pad and hold it more snugly against me, the illusion does work. In that position I can look down and see no sign of the junk I know is supposed to be there. That's what I paid for, and I got it.I'm giving it four stars for sheer comfort level and for working at all. Just keep your expectations realistic and you should be pleasantly surprised as I was. Since I'm right on the line between small and medium, I'm willing to try a medium to see if the pad encloses me better. If it does, I could see myself upping this to five stars.On a final note, since buying this it's been in the dryer twice on a delicate setting. I'm not saying I recommend putting these in the dryer, but I am saying that nothing bad has happened yet.

The material is kinda strange; I don't think I've seen anything quite like it anywhere else. It's extremely transparent (except the insert, of course), it *will* cling to the skin with the slightest amount of moisture, and there's essentially no way to prevent the top from rolling. This is not the most effective, the most comfortable, or the most best-looking gaff I've bought... but I'll still wear it, so that's something.I mostly bought this one so that I'd have something from washing my cool-colored clothes, but I always end up filing these into the "whites". It's hard to find a decent white gaff, either, so... maybe that's what you want.

I was very pleased with the comfort and fit. The panty brief provides a very nice combination of comfort and concealment creating realism for my desired female look.Barbara

Not as high quality as other gaffs made in the USA. These are chinese.

I was worried it would be small when I got them in the mail but they fit really well actually. Very stretchy. I would like it if they held things a little tighter in my undercarriage. But they work as advertised nothing can be seen.

I love these, they help so much and make it look so much better down there! It feels so freeing, and they fit quite tight! (Which is perfect because they keep everything in the right place). I'm not super experienced, and. I'm just starting on my journey, but these work really well. They may hurt a bit, but that's kinda par for the course with things pressing direcly against your testes.
