Western Express Natural Straw Cowboy Hat for Men and Women - Cattleman Style with Black Hat Band and Silver Conchos

When I opened the box I thought I had received a pirate hat! The hat had been stuffed into a small plastic bag and taped tight around the brim This caused the hat to fold and crease. I had to use a steam iron to get the hat into a semi decent shape. The hat is not a straw hat but a hard plastic. It will serve it's intended purpose but if you are an avid cowboy hat wearer this may not be the hat for you.The last photo is what the hat looked like after steaming it.

Hat is made of poor material. If you are looking for a hat for games or for kids, this may be for you. It was sized correctly, but it appears to be made of plastic and you are unable to form it. It can easily be damaged, which was evident when it was shipped to me.

I ordered a large and it’s not all that large but still fits. The size in terms of circumference is great, but the hat itself feels kind of shallow. It’s a stiff hat but looks well. If you want a good quality and amazing hat, look to spend a little more money. This one is overall decent, you get what you pay for.

This is a good value. I have two of them, a straw colored for warm weather and the black one for the cold weather months. I have had complements on both of them. Good looking hats. They are great in inclement weather.

Hat was completely crushed and shipped in a FLAT box! Who would completely crush a hat and stuff it in a box that was way too small and actually ship it?!?!?

I was able to wear it for the Western Themed work day, but I would not have bought this hat had I known it was essentially hard plastic. The hat itself appears to be woven, but then it's shellacked in a ton of resin that makes the thing stiff as plastic. It's almost like a toy hat.

This is a nice hat at a very fair price. It is exactly as represented.

Hat arrived on time but without the silver chonchos hat band. Glue line to attach brim is visible. Hat is listed as synthetic straw but it feels like plastic. Arrived in decent shape but don’t expect bim sides to be curled the same.

I got the hat with the elastic because I have a small head and found it fits well. It arrived in 2 boxes so no damage. The smaller box is great for storing it for travel. It’s a nice looking hat and will be water proof. It is stiff though, no flex at all but great for what I want it for

Good quality. Hat is stiff, will see how it holds and if it shapes with wear.
