I have only been using this product for a few weeks, so I cannot say much about hair growth as it is still too early. What I can comment on is how easy it is to take. It is tasty, and easy to use. Simply put half a dropper of this liquid under the tongue and leave it for 20 seconds before swallowing. As a person who hates taking capsules and tablets, this is a God-send! I have been off of biotin since last September when I was hospitalized for an intestinal blockage. Between then and about 4 weeks ago, I had the most paper thin nails. The Biotin had a nice flavor and seemed to work; I noticed a difference in my hair. The product/company offered a free bottle with purchase after using for two weeks. I requested my free bottle online as instructed but have not received the free bottle it has been almost two months now and still nothing from the company. But, the Biotin I purchase was still a plus.
