The sole fell off one shoe within the first couple hours of a normal kindergarten school day and the toes of both were shredded. They are very cute and they were a birthday present, so we exchanged for new ones but with the caveat that she has to wear them only indoors as "dress up" toys.

I previously ordered the next size up and my daughters feet were swimming in them so I put them on the shelf for her to "grow into them" and ordered the next size down so she can wear them now. Unfortunately this pair was significantly small and hurt her feet. There was a good 3/4 of an inch difference in the length from one size to the next. Disappointed because they are very cute.

Save your money
These shoes were horrible and didn't even make it through a half day. She only walked in them and they fell apart. Save your money, they look super cute but they are incredible flimsy.

Good news is
Cute shoes! They are listed as a 10/11 in big kids and they are really big for my daughter who usually wears an 11. Good news is, she will grow into them so I don't have to send them back.
