bought green l/xl for me.size 11,11.5 foot.fit real well.wife is a 8.5/9.is a little loose with bare foot,but we wear water socks with beaded sole,not rubber sole.her foot fits perfect with sock in xl.so now i no longer own a pair of fins.bought me the xl blue ones and like using socks,fins work well,i need alot of practice. i recommend these for anyone new to snorkeling.update,just added third set.s/m 8.5 fits wife size 9 perfect,with or without water sock beaded sole.happy with brand

The media could not be loaded.  I am so glad I took a chance and ordered these fins. They ended up being absolutely perfect for our three week trip to Grand Cayman Island. I love everything about them from the way they look, the way they feel, and the way they fit. They are so easy to adjust to fit my feet. I wear a size 6 1/2 shoe in women’s and I have an extremely high arch so I was afraid these wouldn’t fit, and overly ecstatic when they did. I went into the ocean once without them because I was jumping off of a cliff. That swim back without my fins was absolutely miserable. The current was so strong that it took me forever to get back to the beach. It had nothing to do with my swimming abilities. I was a lifeguard for years, and I am a very strong swimmer. I just didn’t realize how much easier it is to swim with fins on. I will now be taking these on every trip to the beach or Caribbean. I also love that they come with their own bag and are super easy to pack in my luggage. These are a must buy.

I'm 5'10' 185 lb. and they worked well enough. Snorkeled in the Keys. In calm water the worked well. In the open water, off shore they were ok. Probable 1 '- 1 1/2 ' seas and had work to stay close to boat. They are good it you snorkel above water most of the time, if you want to dive down 8' or more it is a real struggle. They are not dive fins, but are good for surface snorkeling.Quality is good, and a good value.

These are well made, easy to put on. I wear a 7.5 shoe size and it fits well but could easily expand to a larger foot size. They are attractive and move you through the water easily. Lightweight not heavy.

I love SCUBA diving but lately have been snorkeling more with my kids. So I was looking for light, small, comfortable fins for travel as my SCUBA ones are really long and heavy. These are so comfortable and get the job done! My 16 year old daughter stole my pair so had to purchase another and she agrees they are great!

Awesome, soft fitting, comfortable fins! I work at a snorkel store, but not fond of our generic fins. I found these and love them! Two of my friends purchased them also!

Easy to adjust and use, not as big and clumsy as full-size fins.

I loved the idea of these short fins!I purchased them for "traveling" so they would fit in a suitcase and be more convenient when carrying them around on the beach for snorkeling.They met that goal! (5 star)I am use to using Atomic split fins or other normal size (longer) fins for snorkeling.These shorties, as i call them, do work BUT not as good as normal size fins!It takes much more leg work to propel yourself through the water and at times when i was in stronger current or choppy water, i sometimes felt i wasn't making much progress. (2-3 stars).The energy i used to propel myself forward caused me to have to stop and rest more often and i am very experienced. I had first timers with me and i am glad i brought the normal size fins and had my inexperienced family use those. Normal fins propel you through the water faster with less energy spent. I would NOT recommend short fins for unexperienced people in any type of current/choppy water. I don't feel it wound be an enjoyable experience and in my opinion it is not safe if in current/choppy water. Honestly, even in calmer waters, it still takes double the kicking to propel yourself through the water when compared to normal size fin (2-3 stars).I was needing to supply 4 people with full snorkel gear (that's alot to lug around) so i am still glad i bought these shorties. They are super easy packing, carrying, storing (5 Star). But i do think if you only have to carry around 1 set for yourself, normal size is still the way to go.Overall, i think i would give them a 3star but not sure if that is fair because they are shorties, and they just aren't going to work like normal size fins!

I bought the S/M for three of my family and the sizing is way off. The bottom of the fin was marked S/M so it wasn't like I received a L and didn't realize it. The photo shows them on my size 10 foot. Even then, to get them to fit I had to really snug up the straps. The other problem is how wide they are. Again, you can see by the photo that my feet extend out the front because of the width. (Yes, those legs obviously need to see some sun!)
