Very poor! No software! Very difficult to find customer service!
This product cost us more time than it was worth. No decent instructions. No contact information or customer service. Worst of all NO SOFTWARE!

Be ready to troubleshoot
1 star for the size of print area and another star for the laser wattage.3rd star for the construction, it was solid and was easy to assemble.Lost stars: wiring for motors was not correct. (See my photo for the correct wiring) When installed the motors simple act like they are trying to start but just jump around. I have noticed this remark on other reviews. It is an easy fix, just a frustrating one if you do not have references to start from.Also the timing belt was only long enough for 2 lengths, you need enough for 3 tracks.Fortunately I have had experience with DIY 3D printers and I had access to correctly working motors. and a length of extra timing belt.The inventory sheet was barely legible so it was pretty much impossible to check off list before construction, (unless of course you could read what appeared to be Chinese).

Overall good value.
Assembled ok. Wires to motors had to be switched over as mentioned in another review before machine would work successfully. Software that came with the machine is ok, not great but workable Belts supplied were barely enough to install them. You may have to buy a longer belt if necessary. Instructions are not very easy to follow. Package was very good, in dense foam and cardboard box. Overall good value.

Electronic Parts Don't Work Together
I was excited to receive the Laser Engraver Kit, despite negative feedback on Amazon. Parts look good, all metal, no acrylic, but... Some items listed in the instructions were either missing or different than what was actually included with the kit. That was a little annoying, but I was able to get it together.The major issue is that there is a problem between the motors, controller board and/or pre-wired connectors. When attempting to move the motors using the included software, and others, the motors make a very bad juddering sound, as if they want to move, but can't.After much troubleshooting to make sure I had done everything correctly, I tried attaching a different stepper motor to the machine and that one worked.

had some issues, but they have been amazing with customer service. once you figure out and learn about the product its a great tool. I have used it for countless projects and the quality is amazing.thanks!!
