20 years ago my wife bought one of these heavy microwave scented neck pads. The scent changed and faded a bit but was still pleasant -- 20 years later. However, after two decades of almost daily use and being thrown about, a tear finally formed and the filling finally came out. The tag read Nature's Best and had a website listed long since gone. Through the Wayback machine, was able to get the ingredient list of the herbs used and it matched every ingredient listed for Nature Creation. Ordered it and sure enough THIS is the same weight, feel and scent of the one we bought before. So if you're looking to replace the one you had two decades ago -- buy this one. The colors have changed, and this design is a little better with the raised neck, but everything else is the same. Not promising it will last 20 years, but our first one did.

Works as expected. Heats up quickly and stays warm.

I've bought these pads for many years and I loved them. I recently purchased this one as it comes up higher on the back of the neck. Unfortunately, the picture is a bit misleading. While it does come up high on the back of the neck, there is barely anything that goes back over the shoulders. I miss the official website and the quality of product I'm used to.

This is the second Nature Creation heating pad I’ve bought. My Son was always using mine so I got him his own! We just love them. : )

I slept on the wrong pillow and my neck was aching for days until I applied the heating pad 3 times. I also love the smell of the herbs.

Have not used as heat, only to as cold therapy. Would like it to stay cold longer but very comfortable. Would like other styles

Received today and so far I’m impressed. Pad gets good & hot. It helps me with my osteoarthritis & degenerative disc disease. If necessary I’ll update this review. So far I’ll buy it again.
