I hears some guy give this a horrible review on YouTube about this product and I bought it out of curiosity and to my pleasant surprise the dude was just hyperbolic. Unless you're incompetent this product should be simple for anyone to use. I say that given this gun has the worst instruction manual on the planet lol.

Broke after second session.
Broke after second filling session. Often got stuck. Waste of money

Good quality gun. Seems like it’s going to last a long time
I was unsure when I bought this if it was going to do the job of filling my cartridges, but to my surprise it worked perfectly and I see this being our way of filling carts for the next year or two, it seems rugged and will hold up for long-term use. TIP keep it clean for best results

Okay quality, not for thick oils
If your oil is too thick, it will clog the needles as the oil cools down and make the incrementing function useless. Also my casing broke after trying to unscrew it from the gun. At least it includes an extra.

Accurate temp control, metal tip on the gun
I've used this twice since it arrived and have been very happy with it. The temp control is accurate within a few degrees and the metal lure lock tip on the end of the gun is very nice feature. I've used tools with plastic tips and the metal on metal is a big improvement, it allows for a solid connection with no leaks.Also the tips are very easy to swap, switching from filling cartridges to darts is a breeze with the adapter for the darts.Using the lowest setting, I was able to fill a few capsules with some CBD oil. I will have to get a holder for the capsules and it should work out good.

Will not work with think oil like CBD, Delta 8, THC
I bought this product to fill my Delta 8 carts. Worst investment I have made. I lost about $200 worth my product because the needle is not heated and clogs in the needle. I try many times to heat the "plastic" tube so it might be hot enough but always fail. The tube should be glass. I finally had enough. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEAM IF YOU ARE USING HOT OILS.
