Q: what is your returns policy if the seat isn't comfortable for me?

It's really comfy and it makes you sit up straight rather than slouch

Q: Can you tilt the seat?

No. I can alter the height but can not see how you would tilt the seat.

Q: Is it possible to rotate or tilt the seat forwards and backwards or does it only move up/down?

Just up and down and swivel, tilt isn’t possible.

Q: Will the wheels move easily on carpet?

I’m not sure as we have wood floors but the wheels are free flowing so I would imagine it would be fine
