No I'm kidding you don't have to stop drinking coffee, but if like me you prefer to limit your coffee for health or sleep reasons then this will do the trick. You can drink this all morning, all afternoon and by bedtime fall fast asleep. Uplifting perkiness without the coffee jitters. The caffeine is more subdued and blended with other elements for the same energy solution. Combined with my other recommendation  Irwin Naturals Mega B Complex Diet Supplement, 60 Count  you can get through that tough long day without wrecking your nerves or blood sugar.

I started drinking this tea in the 70's and fell in love with it. Then it suddenly disappeared from the shelves . Im so "tired" of all the decaffeinated tea that took over the shelves, making it hard to find tea with any caffeine! Thank you Amazon. I now can use 1 teabag a cup again for my caffeine jolt. Morning Thunder is back!

Packing was done nicely. Package included 6 boxes of 20 count tea boxes. Good deal for this many tea bags!Love that each box is wrapped in plastic so they stay fresh until you need them.Flavor is good and pleasant. I use this tea as my morning pick me up in conjuction with other tea which i brew over and over again all day. If you want energy all day like me then grab morning thunder and brew alongside guayusa tea and classic green zen green tea.Mornings have never been better and I find that tea doesn't take a toll on me like coffee.

This is my favorite morning tea. I have to start teaching esl to first graders at 5:00 am, so I need to be awake. It's not just the energy, but the flavor is full-bodied and earthy. Contains, "roasted maté, a traditional South American botanical that rejuvenates without the jitters associated with coffee. With 35gms of caffine." (Celestial seasonings website) It's a love or hate taste. I love it.

I've had to give up coffee because of GERD and this is now my go to morning joe replacement. It's got a smoky flavor and smells intense, gets the senses fired up. I let it steep for 5 minutes or more in the cup and then squeeze the bag. I drink it black, just like I did my coffee. I also appreciate Celestial Seasons friendly packaging - no strings and no wasted individual wrappers. It gets even better when I can buy the 6 box bundle, really get the cost savings that way.

This tea is robust and reminds me of caravan tea, which is an acquired taste. The caffeine definitely helps in the morning and is a great alternative for us non-coffee drinkers. However, I made the mistake of buying this in bulk before trying it and I know it will be awhile before I drink it all simply for the taste. Nonetheless, I use some sugar free vanilla syrup and/or brew the tea with some vanilla tea to counteract the muskiness and rarely drink it straight.

This is our favorite flavor by Celestial Seasonings!! We go through 6 boxes in a matter of a month-month and a half!! It’s got a rich bold flavor and the caffeine to help us kick coffee to the curb!! Highly recommend

This is absolutely my favorite tea. It's bold enough to replace my craving for coffee, and not so bitter that I want sweet it in. (Though I have used gobs of sourwood honey with it and was most pleased.) It's impossible to find anywhere in Hall county or Jackson county any more, and Amazon has it for just a bit more than I paid in retail stores when I could still find it.
