Our existing unit failed the other day, this was a very easy DIY job as I thought I’d need a whole new waste system. Happy that no adjustments had to made - it just worked which is all we can ask for

Was concerned about buying this without being able to compare with the current broken item. In the event absolutely no issues as the product listing provided accurate information. Item delivery was swift and goods were fairly well packaged. Taking the old spring plug bolt took a few minutes and was done with a fair amount of care. Putting in the next one took only a few seconds! Really easy replacement. And new bolt is working well

My pop up just stopped working. I found this replacement purely by chance. Taking the old bit out was after looking at YouTube videos. Grip the part with good plyers after a couple of sprays of WD40 and ease left. It’ll give.The new part comes in the lock down position - don’t mess with it. I spread a little bit of Vaseline round the bottom thread and screwed it in - a little tighten with an adjustable wrench and finally screw on the plug itself. Press and it pops up. There are some negative reviews about the quality but it seems fine to me.PS Comparing the old with the new it appears all that’s wrong with my old bit is the screw on the side. I’ll search for a screw and keep as replacement.

Two of my pop-up plungers seized up. A you tube tutorial showed me how to service them. One worked again, the other didn't. There's several sizes (why can't they be universal?) and this matched the measurements of my old one. Came the next day. Easy to install and now working perfectly. I saved a few quid on a plumber's fee. Great value.

It ws easy to fit, but I needed to buy and fit a rubber o-ring which was not supplied.While the pop-up operated OK, the inner barrel was too loose in the outer sleeve. This meant the hole cover cap could be rocked from side to side when raised. It didn't look or feel good.There are cheaper and better units out there, so I suggest you look elsewhere.

New bathroom installed 2019. First Aqualisa click clack failed within the year. Got a warranty replacement -just failed again. Branded replacement £20+. This one arrived quickly, looks well made, fits and operates perfectly! Can't comment on longevity but so far so very good!
