Plastic, while strong, started showing signs of bending almost immediately. It hasn't snapped (yet), but I don't think this was designed to last for a long time.

works wonderfully. love the color. I have heard such great things about this product and I am glad it worked out so well. I play tennis and this really helped.

Product is great,but the front end needs to be about 1/2 " longer. The little finger hangs over or 1/4" longer.Thanks

The handles are far too small for my hands. I am a 6ft man of average hand size and my little finger doesn't fit. Handles are also uncomfortable. The action and design seem fine. It's probably a fine exercise tool for those with smaller hands, but not usable for me.

It is a good quality tool I just didn't end up using it as much as I thought I would

This is a quality made grip strengthener. I have to note though that it's not very convenient to use it the way it's pictured, with the tension spring up.When I use it, I flip it, and it provides a better grip for my hands that way. Also, you may find that even at top tension setting, this grip is too weak for power exercise. I use it for warmup before more advanced wrist strengthening workout.That said, I think for most people , it will be a great wrist workout tool.
