Cable Frayed after 2 months
Bought these to use on my commute -- I do not own a car and ride my bike everywhere (especially now with COVID making the bus a non-option).They worked great for about two months but yesterday I noticed one glove was not heating. Upon closer inspection, the cable frayed (see photo). I am contacting QILOVE to see if they will issue a replacement. I plan to wrap them in electrical tape to prevent this from happening again. However, that shouldn't be necessary -- I prefer products that last a while (years, ideally) without modification.I Will update if I hear back from QILOVE on how their customer service is. No update -- no customer service.

If you have hand arthritis choose a different pair
I ordered these but it had to return them. They are described as arthritis gloves. The problem is they do not fit hands that have Arthritis. The glove is not formed like a hand it’s more like a rectangle with fingers and hard to pull on. It’s possible the glove may fit someone with large hands who does not mind the extra weight of the battery pack which is on the top side of your hand or wrist!

warm,comfortable gloves
I ordered these gloves as I have CRPS in my right hand it can’t get cold. I am pretty impressed by how quickly they warm up and they do a nice job of keeping my hand warm. The element is across the top of the hand but it radiates down the fingers to keep them warm too. I gave them to my daughter the night we received them to wear to a high school football game and her only complaint was that they were a little too bulky for her hands. They do have an adjustable strap to tighten them. Three temp controls. Lasted all through the game on high and still had battery.

Be sure you get the instructions!
The first pair came with no instructions - and in a plain plastic bag with no manufacturer ID. Seemed simple enough but I couldn’t make them work. Thought they were defective. Second pair came in the proper company bag and with instructions. Which made all the difference. Got them working easily once i knew what needed to happen (a much longer time for charging, for one thing) I’ve used them twice in temps about 25 degrees and was very happy how warm my hands stayed. The gloves are HUGE. Only one size. I have a very small hand. So they are clumsy and have to be removed to do anything which is not great. Overall I am pleased.

Warm and light
The packaging was pretty protected and was received on time as expected. The gloves are light and they heat up quickly. The heating area is on the top part of the hands but not directly on top of the fingers. However, the heat easily transfers to fingers area. I have small hands (junior size gloves generally fits me well). These gloves were too big for me but they fit one of my guy friends... And that's how he got his holiday present.

images are misleading
Looking at the image you i think there are heating wires that go down to the fingertips and back. . Not so. Your fingertips still get cold, but not as cold as without these gloves. There is only one size. I am a woman with medium/large hand and they are too big for me. But I use them anyway. Not very good instructions but I eventually figured it out.

Warm and bright.
A little weighty. The power button glows brightly. It’s kinda like being in a sci-fi action movie. Power gloves activate! It’s great that you can charge both batteries at once. I haven’t had a chance wear them in cold weather, but they seem warm regardless.

Ahhh, warmth.
It was 10 degrees while I plowed the snow off the driveway, and these kept my hands toasty warm. Before I used them I tested them by putting an electronic thermometer in them and turned them on high. 140 degrees! Yes, I definitely recommend these. Oh, and they also appear to be pretty well made gloves.
