What setting with this lamp is best for vegetable seedlings?

I have been using this lamp to go my broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, 3 kinds of tomatos, pumpkins, acorn squash and mini peppers (planted 2-3 weeks after everything else) and I am having amazing success! Live in MN where we r still getting snow in April. I have it on all bulbs (red, blue, white) and I leave lamp on from 6am-9pm. I also started my seeds in 'jiffy' peat pellets. I have just transplanted to 3" pots and thinned them out. Love it! Ordering another one for sure!! This is the first time I have tried to plant seeds.

Anyone ever tried growing a singke weed olant with these just ordered but hesitant to cancel just 1 single plant it doesnt have to be huge just for fu

I grow tomatoes with no issue. They are growing just as fast inside as they are outside. It should do fine.

I doubt it but I had mine for 3 months and they are working GREAT
