A great high quality mattress feels absolutely great!
This is a real review dont worry guys. Like you i searched for a while looking at single mattresses and i can totally confirm these are high quality really comfortable. I was worried about getting cheap chinese goods, but these were available next day delivery and came well packaged. I like that its heavy meaning when you move on the mattress or flip over there is just support all round. I am not one to stay in a single side during sleep so this is great. The feel of the bed is firm but a nice soft upper layer. Am really glad to have bought these I can already feel my back is well supported not like the pokey cheap mattress I replaced. I did follow instructions and leave it out for 24 hrs before using. Glad I paid the extra for these. Compared to other high end ones these are great value.

Great price, great sleep
It's a great price, comfy mattress. It still has coils but the layering is comfortable. Comes packed up in a vacuum packed roll, so give yourself 24 to allow it to form and remove the slightly funky vacuum pack smell - which goes - before using it.

Good budget mattress!
I got this for my daughter as her previous mattress was just memory foam and rather thin, therefore quite uncomfortable on her new bed frame. When this mattress arrived in its box I took it out and left it for 48 hours, after which it was fully decompressed and seemed to be pretty good. For me personally I think it’s way too springy and soft, and doesn’t offer enough support for my back which needs a fairly firm mattress. However, my daughter on the other hand loves it. She says it’s super comfy and she has slept better since getting this than she has in a very long time. I’ve also noticed that it’s stopped her wriggling so much in bed, leading me to conclude that this was due to her previous mattress not being comfortable enough for her. It’s a good depth for the price too. Over all, for a budget online mattress, this is pretty good. The reason I’ve dropped it a star over all and for comfort is that it’s not for me, and softness got 5 stars because it is very soft. Like I said though, it’s not for me and certainly not for everyone. If you prefer a firmer mattress this isn’t for you, if you like soft and springy then try this. Ultimately it’s personal preference, so I’ve split the difference in star ratings and tried to give you a good overview from 2 view points.

I nearly didn't buy due to recent bad reviews but took a chance as I needed a replacement mattress for our spare bed. I actually think this mattress is really really good for the price paid! It's fairly soft but not too bouncy like some have suggested, it's just comfy. Perfect for a spare bed for an average weight adult. I can sleep on it very comfortably, had a lovely night's sleep when isolating away awaiting (a thankfully negative) covid test result. Arrived very quickly and easy to take upstairs as packed small. If you are after a mattress for a child, a mattress for a spare bed or just need something budget this in my opinion is pretty good!

Good and comfy, my criticism....
is that there appears to be no memory foam layer! I had to double check the listing to make sure I hadn't imagined it saying it had one. But it definately doesn't, unless it's so thin that you cannot feel it. And I've had mattresses with memory foam layers so I know the difference. Apart from that though the mattress is good. I bought two for my daughters new beds and I find them perfectly comfortable and suitable for children. Perhaps not the best choice for a heavier adult though, as more support will likely be needed. Fine for a child though. I'm happy enough with them.

Stands the test of time!
I'm writing this review nearly 4 years after purchasing this mattress. Happy to announce that it is as comfortable now as it was in 2021 when I purchased it. Highly recommend!

PRELIMINAR REPORT - AND FOLLOW-UP ASSESSMENT
My first impression (before unpacking) was, "Oh! My God! This sort of packing - a box of roughly 100cmX35cms- has no doubt, damaged the springs inside!". I overlooked the detail that the mattress would come rolled up... The good news is that the springs do not seem damaged, but I shall have to wait and see... What seems to be damaged (highly wrinkled) is the memory foam on top. This could perhaps be avoided by rolling the mattress the other way around, with the memory foam on the outside (instead of the inside) - which places much more stress on the foam. That said, I am hoping the wrinkles (big waves, really) will disappear within 48 hours or so. I have yet to sleep on it. Watch out for my "Follow-up Report". I did lay on it to test the comfort and my first impression was: "WOW!" (extremely positive). I am looking forward to sleeping on it and rating it "5-Stars" if only it weren't for the apparent damage to the memory foam due to the ultra-compact packing. Preliminary ratings: 5-star for comfort (preliminary) 3-star or less for packaging (preliminary). Practical, no doubt, but placing considerable stress on the springs+memory foam. IMO faux pas. A MONTH LATER (FOLLOW-UP REPORT) I am pleased to inform you that there was no detectable damage to the springs (mind-boggling given the extreme compression they were subjected to fit into such a small box). There is nonetheless (if you are as "picky" as I am) a very small, permanent compression (about 1-2 cm) at the end (head) where the mattress was most compressed (rolled-up inside). The memory foam on top has somehow regained its shape and with a bedspread on top, it will not show any visible bumps. From an aesthetic-practical point of view, the post-stress effects can be disregarded. Fingers crossed. The mattress is otherwise extremely comfortable (the springs seemed to have survived the packaging! Wow!) Finally, because of the slight inclination (compression) left on one of the sides (head/feet side) the deduction of half-a-star remains. Four-and-a-half (4,5) stars Missing stars aside, this mattress is worth every penny in terms of comfort. I have placed an old pillow on the slightly flatter side to lift up that side (head) Sorted! By the time you buy (assuming you do), Amazon may have changed the hyper-compressed packaging - and if they don't, the mattress remains exceedingly good value - even given the minimal damage it will sustain during packaging.
