I have been using this dry lube for years and it works well and dries fast. I use it primarily on my bike cleats and pedals where you want good lubrication, but do not want wetness to attract dirt. Works great and good value.

Had been using spray white lithium grease for my chain. Worked well but collected a lot of dirt. Local bike mechanic said I should use dry lube like teflon so I actually got DuPont Teflon liquid. used it every day for a week my bike became very squeaky. Which was annoying and likely not good for the chain. Switched to Finish Line and my bike went back to being quiet. As for wear it remains to be seen but so far so good.

I have been cycling for many years and this lube is my favorite. It lubricates well and does not attract dirt since it is a dry lube. I have tried other lubes, but have gone back to this one. Chain remains clean looking when lube dries and it does an excellent job of quieting the drive train. This is a great lube if you do not ride in very wet conditions frequently.

I was wondering if I needed to clean the chain before use. I usually ride my bike at the beach so I have been using a paraffin based chain lube. I just applied the stuff to the chain and went for a ride. I could tell there was an immediate change in the shifting of gears.
