We needed a way to keep our firewood off the floor and neatly stacked. We choose this unit because it was small enough to fit right next to our fireplace, but tall enough to hold enough wood for several nights worth of fires. The rack came securely packed: each piece was wrapped carefully with bubble wrap and then placed in a tight-fitting box inside of a larger shipping box. It is light enough that it can be moved by one person, but heavy enough to feel sturdy. The matte powder coat finish was in good shape: there were some very small (2mm) scratches on one piece, but not in a place where it would be noticeable. The feet keep the rack off the floor, which will help keep our floor from getting scratched. The instructions were a little unspecified for the first step, but because the design is so simple it was not hard to figure out how to assemble it with the included diagram, especially if you read through the comments in some of the other reviews. The “A” pieces were bent upward a bit, but they were easy to flatten just by stepping on them. The kit includes an Allen wrench to tighten the bolts, which means you don’t even need a screwdriver to assemble this. It looks fine when empty, but even nicer when filled. It holds a nice amount of wood for an indoor rack: it looks like it would hold 6-8 of the small wood bundles of kiln-dried wood you can buy at the grocery store, more than we were expecting. Overall, it’s a very nice rack for what we paid for it, and I would definitely buy it again.

This rack actually exceeded my expectations for design and build quality. It's sturdy enough to hold a load of logs but nice enough to be used indoors if desired. Simple and fast to assemble with a custom tool that is included. Mine also arrived with an extra foot in case one is lost or damaged. There must have been a design change because there are no bolts to assemble with mine. There are 2 long screws which are used to attach the vertical portion to the base. The included screwdriver makes this a breeze. There are also 8 nuts which need to be secured with the included wrench.Here's the *Assembly Tip* that the manufacturer should include and mention on their product page. When initially attaching the vertical structure to the base, tighten the screws finger tight and then back the screw off one full turn. This makes attaching the four base support pieces easy, since it is a tight fit. Once the base supports are in place, it's easy to tighten the vertical structure which secures the entire design. The photos above show the packed version, the 2 screws that attach the base to the vertical support, and the finished product.

This was super easy to put together. Came in three parts- the base and the two sides. Took me roughly 10-15ish minutes by myself. Maybe 18 if you count my struggling with one screw haha. It feels really sturdy too. It will definitely hold the firewood bundles easily.We got this to put firewood on in our garage specifically but I can see this working inside a home. Its very nice matte and it came to me scratch free!(Ignore the trash bag. That is what our wood was on before and I just used it to transfer it over for the picture really quick.)

The rack is a good material and easy to assemble. It is much smaller than expected.

No assembly instructions were included but it was easy to figure out. Seems sturdy enough for what I needed. Sat it on a flat surface before tightening all the screws to keep it from wobbling.

This log rack has a nice, simple, design. Came together easily and seems quite sturdy. It's not meant to hold enormous amounts of wood, but it does hold enough for several fires.

This is a great and affordable option for an indoor wood holder. I wanted something that wouldn't crap out in a few months and that looked appealing. This is it for the money. Most firewood holders are expensive, but this is a great option when you need something but do not want to pay a fortune. It was also easy to put together.

Used to hold large wood pieces for stove...clean & tidy looking...would certainly recommend.
