Super easy to install and keeps our little one from throwing toys in the toilet. Highly recommend if you have a little monster who likes to throw anything in the toilet.We are switching out the toilet seat for a seat with a built-in toddler seat so we wanted to remove it from the original seat.Removal was a little harder. It mentions to use a hairdryer for 5-10 minutes on low. I did that for about 20 minutes and it still wouldn’t budge. I had my husband hold the hair dryer while I grabbed a margin trowel from the workbench. I was able to easily slide the trowel between the lock and the seat without scratching the seat. It gave me just a little more leverage needed for the last bit of glue to detach - worked like magic. I probably could have gotten it off at 5 minutes of heat had I used the margin trowel sooner.There was a slight amount of glue residue on the lid after. If you don’t have goo gone, you can use a dab of olive oil on a paper towel to get rid of glue residue. Then just wipe with some dish soap to get rid of the oil and it looks brand new. (extra hack: you can use olive oil, too, if a store tag leaves sticker glue on an object).

I bought these to help keep my fast baby out of the toilet. I wiped down the seat and back of the toilet and stuck the adhesive pieces on. They stick really good on my toilet. When applying them make sure you have them in the right place because it’s kind of difficult to get the pieces off if they need adjusted. My baby can’t get the lid up anymore. My 7 year old can open the safety on it so it’s easy to use for everyone but the baby. The design is nice and overall I really appreciate the safety thus provides for my baby. Would recommend everyone purchasing!
