These are very good for arch support and my podiatrist says they are great for my plantar fasciitis because they do not bend or flex. But if you are expecting cushiony softness, this is not for you. Instead they give firm support, which takes some getting used to. I put them in my Reebox DMX walkers and I now do not experience the excruciating pain I had before. So yes, these are excellent!

Keemovin product provides much more support than the orthodic I purchased from an orthodist several years ago and it was much cheaper. The most recent arch supports from the orthodist were flimsy, compressable and $700. (don't know what the insurance company also paid). I had ridgid orthodics 40 years ago but they finally cracked and wore out and Keemovin mimics the support I enjoyed previously.

Really fills up your shoe. Didn't seem to help with planters fascitis

I've had these for only a few days but they are great so far. On-time delivery, appears to be a quality product. Fit nicely into my Nike walking shoes and they provide the arch support I need. I haven't ran in them yet but I plan on putting them in my running shoes and giving it a try. If they provide the same support for running as they do for walking I will buy another pair. Four stars because I have had them for only a few days but I will update this review as time goes on. Highly recommended!

I was hopeful after I saw it and read some reviews. The product came and I took one look at them and said wow. They are for children, I don't know how they can be for adults. Also it looked like they were for the same foot and not left and right. I'm returning after the same day they were delivered. I ordered . I thought maybe they might run small but I had no idea for a child's foot. I'm desperate not to have to pay 500 dollars for a pair of Orthotics. These didn't work but the pink ones are closes so far. I will leave a review for that one. Very disappointed!

Suffer no longer!!! Buy these babies!!!! I have a high arch and my plantar fasciitis is horribly painful... pain in my legs, glutes , heels... ALL GONE!!! After the first day of wear!!!! Walked the zoo for hours the other day with my little one and ZERO pain. I didn’t realize how much I was suffering until the pain was gone.

I have used other brands that are more comfortable and less expensive.

I have a fibroid malaja and ours to write us in my feet these insoles are approved by my petaja tryst I work construction and they are the only thing that helped me get through the day I also have very high arches and they work awesome
