Yes, you could let them know how many you received in the box but read the amounts provided first (there is a grid with all the number information) for the size of the storage you purchased as there is a wardrobe section amongst the cube sections.

Q: Does this come with the hanging rails?

It comes with one, if the one with the hanging rail is the one you choose :)

Q: How many Kg does each box support?

Would not recommend now. They are pretty rbust if you don’t put heavy things on the shelves or overload them. Also if kept away from traffic in the home ie tucked away in a corner with minima opening and closing then yeah. I bought 3 and after 6 months the one used for my 9 yr old the most kept falling apart. The other 2 for my older also would come apart if say a heavy towel and 3 pairs f jeans we’re put in it. All in bin now and I got better ones from IKEA.
