The bracelets are attractive and receive a lot of comments. I ordered maroon and the color was exactly as I expected. The knots to loosen and tighten the bracelets have held up for six weeks now with no trouble. The bracelets are worn and removed each day with no issues so far. On two of the number blocks the metal isn't "perfect," but it's not enough of a problem to deduct a full star. Shipping took a full month, which was very annoying, but I don't usually deduct for shipping in the product review.

Love the quality of both bracelets. Very nice, and very neat. Shipping takes quite a while since its being shipped from China. But well worth the wait!!!!

The bracelets are exactly what they advertised to be. I bought them for Valentine's Day for myself and my husband as an ode to our first date. I chose black rope knowing my husband's preference.

They came 2 weeks early, and are absolutely perfect! I have always had a problem with customizing something but i didn't have a problem, or even a complaint.

It is a very nice bracelet that should be kept away from water because if it touches water it fades quickly.
