How long should I keep this toothpaste in my mouth when brushing ?

The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends brushing your teeth with fluoride toothpaste twice a day for two minutes each time to keep your teeth and mouth healthy. We recommend using it for brushing your teeth. Cleaning furniture is something we never tested for, nor is it intended for that. Cleaning furniture is a non recommend use of this product.
