Great
Was looking for a set that was comfortable, compact, and black. Compact: Folds up nicely, not bulky, look good, decent build quality. It is just ear cups with foam in them but I don't feel weird wearing them like the huge 3M set. Sound isolation: Good/great as good as any off brand ear protection. 3M hearing protection earmuffs are a little better but 3M are so bulky. These do help with higher frequencies as well unlike a lot of cheaper sets. Clamping force: A little much but if you leave it clamped on the box overnight it helps. I have a wide head so they do fit but stretching them is definitely required. Glasses: Still seals with glasses and doesn't apply to much pressure on them. Glasses do leak in a little more noise but it's acceptable. Price: 16 ish dollars? Worth every penny. Definitely great for concerts and noisy work environments. Works great with noise cancelling earbuds in and even makes them sound better in noisy environments. Up/down adjustment is just kinda ok. You do get sweaty in warmer environments but not as much as I expected. 5/5 worth every penny.

What!!!??? 🙉🙉🙉
I do a lot of outdoor work with gas-powered (slowly replacing with rechargeable electric) gardening and landscaping tools. These machines, say a wood chipper or wood mill, emit so much noise I was worried for my hearing. I chose this set of ear protectors not only because they are pink, ok because they are pink. They fit my average sized head well and do block out some of the noise. Even with added foam earplugs, that woodchipper is LOUD, but not as loud as without. I know nothing about decibels or loudness ratings. These are likely not meant for extended professional use but for a period of farm tasks they work well enough. Next time I need them I will pair them with my noise canceling earbuds and see how that goes.

Highly recommend
I recently purchased this product and overall, I’m pretty satisfied. It does exactly what it promises and has made a noticeable difference in my daily routine. The build quality is decent, and it feels durable enough for regular use. Pros: - Easy to use right out of the box - Performs as expected - Sleek and modern design - Reasonably priced Cons: - Packaging could be improved - Some minor instructions were unclear All in all, a reliable product that I would recommend to others. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely a good value for the money.

Makes screaming children bearable by reducing sound
These are a great value. I got them because I have 2 small children and rhe noise overwhelms me. I can still hear people talking, just the screaming is more bearable. My older child understands when these are on my ears are hurting and sometimes adjusts his volume. They are adjustable but if I wear them more than an hour there is too much pressure on my head. The circumference of my head is 21".

Nice annoying noise reduction
I draw and read in my favorite garden side room, but it is plagued by the constant noise made by my neighbor’s high velocity HVAC heatpump. I bought the earmuffs to cancel the vibrations and low rumbling noise of that heat pump in order to keep my sanity after developing tinnitus and migraine headaches because of it. The earmuffs help a lot, they allow me to hear -attenuated- music and my husband’s voice while keeping out the hellish noise of that heat pump. The muffs are a bit tight and thus not very comfortable for someone wearing glasses. I have not kept them on more than 2 hours at a time. They are a bit tricky to put on for someone who has difficulties grasping firmly because the earphones have a tendency to fold inwards in their storage position. They are definitely a lot tighter and less comfortable than the quality hi-fi headphones my dad used to listen to music on the stereo.

Fairly comfortable, but not the best
I ordered 2 different brands of noise cancelling earmuffs (non-electronic) for a friend who is in a nursing home where there is a lot of noise. This set is ok and reduces about 75% of the noise. What I did not like is that the wires holding it together are metal and very tight. It’s hard for even me to open them and place them over the ears. In fact, the instructions say to open them and place them over a box to help them relax. Also, the band going over the top of the head is non-padded plastic. My friend chose the other set (Walker’s) that I brought for her to try on. They are easy to put on, well-padded and do a great job at canceling the noise. I did keep this pair in the review and donated it to the nursing home for someone else to use. Noise is a real issue in nursing homes and the foam earplugs the patients are given are inadequate.
