I got this book for my Art classroom and my students loved it! Great for teaching elementary age children about Yayoi Kusama. Mid length read, but still quick enough for young kids. Language/vocabulary is easy for them to understand. Really cool yet simple illustrations, and an amazing addition to my Art room library! (A perfect fit for our “Dot Day” lessons too.)

This was a great book for my 1 and year old daughters. I am a huge yayoi fan and I was thrilled to see that they have a kids book for the polka dot princess. Be sure to take your children to go see one of her exhibits at a museum of modern art near you.
