A good basic guide for anyone interested in the Jin Shin Healing touch system.
As someone who has been into numerous fitness and self-help energy healing systems (various kinds of physical fitness programs, Tai Chi, Qigong, yoga, hand reflexology, foot reflexology, reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and many other methods) for more than 7 decades I am always interested in new material being published on these subjects. I recently purchased this interesting and informative 175 page soft cover book (Jin Shin Healing Touch: Quick help for common ailments by Tina Stumpfig) on Amazon. Even though I was familiar with some of the material; nevertheless, I learned a lot of things that were new to me about Jin Shin Jyutsu from reading this book.The information in this book was presented in a clear and concise manner making it easy to understand; however, like any physical activity book you must actually practice the techniques in order to benefit from them. This book covers the following material: what is Jin Shin Jyutsu? SUPER PHOTOS and DESCRIPTIONS OF EACH ENERGY LOCK....by far the best ever, so no doubt exactly where to hold. Excellent index as well. SO GLAD TO HAVE THIS since Jin Shin Healing Touch ACTUALLY WORKS, if you do it and for a long as it may take (holds or repeated treatments). THANK YOU!

Easy to understand book
The body positions were easy to duplicate. From the description of the contents, the book was what I expected it to be.

It has extensive cures without decoration.I love the vibration of her picture and cures suggested.if ageing persons need physical healing for tit bit ailments then this is a very practical book. Worth buying.

Easy and very helpful
This is an excellent book, it explains the simple technique really well, and I found the photos very helpful. I have been using the techniques regularly and have gained great benefits from them. I would recommend this as a useful addition to anyone’s wellbeing.
