Traditional Tibetan three metals healing ring w/ "Om Mani Padme Hum" mantra, made from copper, white metal, & brass According to the principles of Tibetan medicine, this formula of 3 metals can be worn on the body for general healing, balancing of essential energies, strengthening Qi, increasing circulation, regulating blood pressure, & relieving pain. This combination of 3 metals is also used for shamanic purposes in warding off negative spirits & increasing spiritual power. Wearing this ring bestows all the blessings & protection of the Om Mani Padme Hum mantra. This mantra is also known as the "Great Six Syllable Mantra" & as the Tibetan Buddhist "Mantra of Compassion." It invokes Chenrezig, the Buddha of Compassion, and represents the wish for all beings to realize enlightenment & be liberated from suffering. The mantra also has deep esoteric meanings & is said to contain all the teachings of Buddhism within it. Unisex design w/ open back for adjustable size - one size fits all

Beautiful hand made ring
A hand made item is always special and no two exactly alike. Much appreciation to those who craft these beautiful copper and bronze rings bearing the mantra of Chenrizig and his emanations. An earlier ring of similar construction that I bought from another Amazon vendor was easily damaged after only a week of wear, when the mantra overlay snagged and was bent up from the ring. This ring from Hands of Tibet feels a bit heavier and sturdier. I polished it as soon as I received it and it is stunningly beautiful. Be prepared for a heavy ring. I like the weight, as it helps me remain mindful of the ring and the blessings it imparts when it is worn.

I loved this ring when it arrived
I loved this ring when it arrived. However, it is not the most comfortable with the open gap underside of your finger. Also, the beautiful writing started poking up here and there and catching on clothing. I couldn't figure out how to make the letters stick back down securely so I had to stop wearing it. I guess it's just not top quality, and perhaps I should have known by the price.

I really like this ring but after a while it keeps catching on everything
I really do like this ring. I try to wear it everyday .... I have difficulty getting enough copper in my diet (long story short) and copper is absorbed through the skin so this is really important to me for my health. The ring is really beautiful but after a while all the beautiful things carved into it I don't know how to explain it but everything starts poking up. It catches on everything my bed sheets my socks my hair my skin everything ..... I would really like this ring if the design would stay flat through daily use.I would really like a ring with a design but I am now looking into things that are just boring solid. It is a beautiful ring. If people buy it for beauty is great for that.If you are buying it for the secondary purpose of medicinal purposes because we have difficulty getting enough copper in our diet, the fact that all the engravings start poking up to the point it makes it impossible to wear every day makes it not a good purchase.

If I don't finish my Mantra I tend to get cranky :-)
It has all of the craftsmanship of ancient Tibet! I love it! Years ago my brother gave me one of these rings. I wore it eventhough it turned my finger green... since then someone stole it from me (you will remain nameless-you know who you are!); I've never had the opportunity to replace it until now.Let's get this straight: It's made of copper. You have to know that bare copper will turn your skin green. What did I do this time around to fix that? Clear nail polish coated on the inside of the ring! Problem solved. Anyone who is surprised & disappointed that this product turned their skin green is...well, just know exactly what you're purchasing before you complain about green skin..It really is a beautiful piece of jewelry, and as it ages and gets dirty it actually looks better (I think). The pouch is nice too, but I put it in my drawer where it will probably sit unused forever.

Great looking ring that is easily adjustable for your finger, but...
The ring is pretty much as advertised. Since it's more a cuff than a ring, it can easily be adjusted to fit your finger. I wear a size 10 to 10.5, and there is about a 1/4" gap with the ring adjusted such that it can just rotate around my finger. The only thing about it is that the edges of the ring where the gap is have some edges that aren't sharp, but they are noticeable. It seems to be a side effect of how I imagine they are made. I'm guessing the ring starts as a long strip of copper, then the detail edging and the then the words are added, and it continues until the strip is full of rings. Then each ring is cut from the strip and bent into the ring shape. It's where each ring is cut from the strip that the edges need to be softened. Again, this is all my guesswork, but the edges could use some grinding down. It was a simple matter of take a metal file and filing it down a bit and not enough to take away any stars in my opinion. Overall, I am very happy with this ring.UPDATE (8/1/18): I’ve had this ring for just over a year, and the sanskrit lettering in the middle came off. I wasn’t doing anything outnofnthe ordinary when I noticed that the middle portion of the lettering had come loose. I pushed it back into place, but minutes later, it had broken off completely. It looks like the prayer lettering was only tack soldered to the ring in a couple of places. Good thing it was very inexpensive, but I expected a bit more longevity than one year. Dropping my rating from 5 to 2 stars.

I like my ring for its looks and would order another ...
I like my ring for its looks and would order another product from the maker.I cannot tell if it is helping with balance and healing yet. The ring is thin you have to be careful adjusting it to fit. Turned my finger green when I first started wearing it so I painted the inside with clear finger nail polish and take it off to wash my hands.

I LOVE MINE! NO issues here :)
I have been reading through these comments. I cannot believe all of the negative comments regarding this beautiful and well priced ring. This ring is supposed to help with positivity, health, and many other things in our lives. You have to give it time to work for you and so be it if the Copper ends up turning my finger green @some point bcs the mixture of the 3 metals together along with the Mantra are afterall; what is supposed to make the ring work to begin with. I prefer the copper up against my skin for full effect personally. Sometimes, the acidity in our bodies will make Copper turn some green & will not others...I LOVE MY RING 100%! THANKS. most meditation rings will run you $200.00 +

Nice ring, Healing Energy
This is a soulful ring. I needed a spiritual lift and reminder Of Spirit. This mantra is nice. The ring is a better quality than just one metal. It seems very Healing. My ring finger is about a 4 to 4 1/2 and I wear this on my right pointer finger or my thumbDon’t bend the mantra just the edges. Others were complaining the mantra lifts offThis is not the first of this type of jewelry I’ve had. it will last a long time if you don’t beat it up.
