Rusty!!!
A bit disappointing. Despite cleaning and drying after every use, the screw is rusty!!!

Perfectly designed
I compared these to the All-Clad stainless steel scissors which are a bit overpriced and have a chicken bone cutting notch in the blade but as I have Baccarat poultry shears they were really no use to me. These however have two simple straight blades for great cutting distance and are made of excellent quality material. They are extremely sharp and very good value for money. I do highly recommend these by comparison to what else is available. No regrets.
