Great product, easy to put together once we go the hang of it. Durable, comfy and can fit 5 people easily. Great price and the perfect size for our space.

Second time buying this set (sold the first one when I downsized) and love it just as much. I love that it’s versatile and can be rearranged. You can put it together to make a day bed or a sectional or a straight couch. It’s very comfortable and looks great. The cushions are comfortable and it feels pretty sturdy. Cons: I’d recommend buying a cover to keep it lasting long if you live in rainy climates or don’t take it in during the winter. Not all the pieces were labeled but it was easy to figure it out.

We are enjoying our outdoor sectional, only took a few hours to assemble. I love the color and the black wicker chairs are very sturdy and can be arranged in any seating arrangement. The reason for 4 stars is that the chair cushions should come with a way to attach them to the seat. About 4 of them have straps to attach to the single chairs, but the rest of them have no way to anchor them on. I tried velcro that sticks to the cushion, but may need to be sewn on to the cusion cover. Overall very happy with it. It is very stylish and comfortable, can seat about 6 people comfortably, and one of the corner seats is a lounge chair and can be positioned wherever you want it.

I could not be more pleased with this purchase. I was of course nervous to make such a big and expensive purchase online, without seeing the product, but all the reviews I read held true. Arrived as expected, in 4 sturdy boxes; I was impressed with the packing design, as all the pieces fit snuggly together in the boxes like a puzzle, so nothing arrived jostled or damaged. There were clear sets of instructions for each piece, and all the parts were labeled to match the instructions. I had a little trouble understanding how the incline seat pieces went together, but nothing terribly taxing. I would recommend that, while assembling, don't tighten any hardware until all of the hardware in a piece is assembled; I noticed that if I tightened each joint one at a time, that sometimes I would get to the last joint or two and the holes wouldn't line up well. Of course, this is not a con of the product, but moreso speaks to my knowledge as an assembler. I was impressed with how sturdy everything was, but yet still how light the pieces were for me to carry and move around until I figured out the design I wanted. The cushions are decent - I haven't used them long enough to know whether the sponge inside the covers will bounce back after a lot of wear, but they aren't uncomfortable, and I'm really impressed with how easy to clean the covers are. My cats have been climbing all over, and all it takes is a quick brush of the hand and their leftover fur (or debris from the neighbor's tree) brush right off. Haven't tried washing them yet, but from the feel of the material, it's kind of like a shower curtain or washable outdoor tablecloth, so I'm assuming it will likewise be easy to wipe down if needed. If I had to nitpick at all, there are only 2 things I would really want improved: 1. The suction cups on the table didn't really adhere well to the glass tabletop. I had to repeatedly press down to get any of them to stick, and then because the cups aren't secure in their vertical/horizontal location on the table (the wicker spaces have a little give), the suction cups can move a little if the tabletop is bumped. But that's kind of minor, as the glass is really heavy enough to stay in place (especially with a plant or other decor on top). 2. While I LOVE that most of the back cushions have straps to hold them in place on the non-corner pieces, I wish there was also some way of attaching the seat cushions, and the back cushions on the corners. Again, nitpicking, but it's not too hard to slide around if you don't know the cushions aren't attached, and if it's super windy the backs on the corner cushions can flip down.

My wife and I received this couch and put it together a couple days ago. Its fairly straightforward to assemble and we are pleased with the finished product. Its quite sturdy (Im 6'3" 250 and no creaking of bending), nice looking and roomy. My wife and I can both stretch all the way out on it if we chose. Would definitely recommend this product.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD — COMPLETE GARBAGE FROM START TO FINISH This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a product on Amazon. The manufacturer? TRASH. The product? TRASH. The packaging? TRASH. Customer support? Absolutely useless TRASH. UPS dropped off one box, then took FOUR MORE DAYS to deliver the second—probably because the manufacturer didn’t even send it when they said they did. When the second box finally arrived, it looked like it had been through a war zone. Holes in the box, pathetic excuse of tape barely holding it together, and the contents inside were just as busted. What kind of quality control is this? Everything about this—from the product to the delivery, to the people behind it—is garbage. Save yourself the time, stress, and money. Do not buy this TRASH.

So far, out of the box, I have to give this set a 3 star review. While I love the look of it, and the flaws don’t seem to be taking away from functionality (so far!), they are still pretty big flaws. The box arrived pretty beaten up (see photo for an example). This made me concerned about the integrity of the pieces inside. The weave on one corner was cut. But I don’t know that this is because of the box damage. Fortunately, the corner that has the cut weave is on the bottom so it’s not visible. I just hope it doesn’t unweave! There is one support bar that is bent (see photo). I’ve put it next to another piece for added stability, but this could possibly become an issue. I’ll be reaching out to customer service about this. Lastly, if you read in the description that the corner piece is adjustable for lounging and really loved that, don’t get too excited. It doesn’t adjust! I’m really bummed about that as it was a deciding feature for me when choosing a set. Customer service will hear about this, too. I might have an update after talking with customer service. I’m hoping I can at minimum report that they replaced the piece with the bent support. Overall, this is a good product and I hope to get several years use out of it. I’m not sure I would recommend it for the price, though. I’m glad I got it at a discount!

Love this couch! Assembly was a little annoying at first, but once you figure out the process, then all of the steps become pretty easy and repetitive. Instructions are typical IKEA like instructions Lol. I’d say skip the tools that come with it and use your own tools to make your life easier. It’s definitely waterproof. We’ve had it for a few weeks now and so far it’s holding up with weekly sprinklers hitting it. The only annoying part is that the cushions kind of slide so I’m thinking about putting Velcro under each cushion.
