Amazing. Cozy and versatile! Premium and quality design.
The media could not be loaded. I have a 15-16 pound cat and he fits just enough in here! For me, I love it because of the amount of utility this carrier has. I travel via plane a lot and really appreciate all the different ways to hold it including the luggage strap along with the backpack capability and regular hand carry.Other things such as the iPad pocket, removable pad, snack pockets, name tag, leash strap is a bonus. Easy to clean, It is made of such quality material I am so happy I spent the extra money on it. 100% recommendation!

Good use, wore over time.
I was pleased with this carrier, I’ve used it every summer for a couple years in a row. I enjoy the straps and the ability to carry freehand. Fits under the seats of an airplane and it’s for me 13LB dog. The only downside is that the actual frame of the carrier has worn, leaving it slanted and not comfortable for my dog. The board and the padding on the inside warped as well, it was kept in a dry and clean storage area so I’m not sure how it happened that way. It was an expensive buy, but I wish I would have bought a different one that was a little more sturdy or a different shape.

Exceeded my expectations - which were pretty high
This carrier is sturdy. I was worried that the cat I was transporting would try to scratch his way out (and yes, he did try to scratch his way out a few times), but the mesh held up super well. The carrier fit under the airline seat no problem and once the cat settled in, they were comfy. Guy seated in front of me spilled his coffee and it stained the carrier, but when I got home, I was able to surface scrub it off really easily. It was very comfortable as a backpack as well. I am very happy with this purchase and am happy to recommend these to all my friends.

Excellent design for international travel
This bag was the VIP of my attempt at entering Denmark during a global pandemic. I arrived in Denmark to pick up a puppy from the breeder after months of communication. Sadly the Danish border patrol denied me entry. I did however arrange with them to make an exchange so I could still get the puppy I came for, and not enter. This pet carry bag fit nicely into my suitcase... even though I wasn't allowed to have my suitcase in the terminal where I was relegated to spend 28 hours of my life, the Danish police kindly escorted me to my suitcase to retrieve the bag. It popped back into shape like it was never flattened. Once the puppy arrived at the airport the police brought me to get him. I was overjoyed, but not as overjoyed as my decision to buy this pet bag to carry my behemoth of a 20lb puppy through the airport and onto my international flight back to the US, and wade through customs. Heck, US customs didn't even notice I had a puppy. I could have brought back a bobcat and they wouldn't of cared, as long as I hadn't been to China. As I passed through security again for my domestic flight, I opened the bag to remove the puppy and he threw up. Great timing! I yanked out the hospital blanket I'd had the mindset to stuff in there with him and kindly asked the TSA agent to throw it in the trash. I boarded my next domestic flight, which was butts to nuts, and this bag fit perfectly under the seat without my puppy being too warm or crowded. The only thing that I wish was different was I wished the shoulder pads had been permanently affixed to the nylon straps. Because they weren't, they tended to get all twisted up. Lastly I wished this bag had more pockets, however I understand that would drastically cut down on ventilation which was a requirement. Overall, excellent choice in a pet transport bag!

The shoulder straps needs to be reconsidered and designed for comfort
I have a PetAmi carrier which both my dog and I love, but it’s too narrow for my dog lay down in, and because of recent work change, I have to take my dog along for the long ride on the subway and MetroNorth. I decide we needed a bigger carrier, one of which my dog can lay down comfortably on. Been using this carrier for over 3 months now and Ive gone back to using my PetAmi carrier. Here’s why, while it’s a good size for my 10 pound dog and he can lay down comfortably, the overall design of the bag is nice. However, there are many things to improve on, the shoulder straps on this bag is horrible, it twist and turns, does not stay on the shoulder, with a winter jacket on, its even worst and makes my whole trip with this carrier stressful. The shoulder straps aren’t sturdy enough or padded to support a 10 pound dog, if your dog weighs 4 pounds, then maybe. They need to redesign the shoulder straps, make it sturdy, padded and with chest and waist buckles so straps stays in place and add extra support. The bedding inside the bottom of the bag does not stay in place, it moves and my dog ends up squashed on one end of the bag when it’s on my bag, no matter how high or low I adjust the straps, it does not solve the problem. This carrier gave me serious painful shoulders and back. I’m done with using it, money wasted, sigh.

Airline compliant
My 13-lb shihtzu fits well. We flew with 2 airlines, United and AA. United asked to let her turn around inside to show them that the dog will be comfy during the trip. I would recommend removing the lining to show the airline agents that there’s enough room to move, and just put it back afterwards. With the lining inside, it gives a sturdier base, so the dog will feel more secure, and the bag fits perfectly under the seat (sideways). My dog pretty much just stayed calm during her first flight. When I received the package, I was skeptical at first with the quality based on the pictures, but don’t be fooled: it is made with great materials and it is sturdy enough for the pet.Having options to make it into a backpack or just put it on top of your carry-on luggage is a plus!Just always review the airline policies, because with United, I was allowed a carry-on luggage but with AA, I was not (but I was traveling with a group, so they didn’t notice haha)Over-all, I am satisfied with this purchase. And it is easy to put away, it folds well!
