Comfortable Fit
I purchased this item to cover my hair at night and to replace the need for a headscarf. The traditional headscarf was rubbing against my hairline and causing my hair to break it is tied at the back of my neck which was causing me to have headaches. I read about this product online and thought I would try it. It is comfortable and well made. The lining is silky so it does not create friction or agitate my skin / hairline. The cap is rather small though and may not fit well if you have a larger head or if you have a lot of hair. My hair is closely cropped to my head ( a medium Afro) but I usually wear twists or braids...this will not work for those who wear extensions or have a lot of hair unless you braid it or wrap it. I love the product and will buy others for my family.

Helps my textured hair look amazing!
The whole concept of satin or silk-lined sleep caps isn't new, but this version is really amazing. It keeps my 4B-4C hair looking great, protecting my hair and keeping my frequently heat-styled hair looking sleek. It's also nice enough to step out of the house in (think, walking your dog or heading out to the mailbox!), so there is an added bonus.I think the fit is good for me, but based on other reviews 'your mileage may vary' depending on how big or small your head happens to be.Overall, this is a great buy. It does what it says and says what it does. I'd recommend it for any natural textured friends who are looking for a boost.

Made really really well, very pretty.
I want to love this so much - and I mostly do! It’s just very hot to sleep in. So hot, in fact, that I end up taking it off in the night which defeats the purpose. When I first got it, I did manage to keep it on a few nights and woke with the best hair! I would love to see an outer layer just as pretty but not quite as thick.I don’t love the adjustable tie, either. There’s really no comfortable place to put the tie! That being said, you may think this review is a downer, but I don’t intend it as such. I’m actually going to order another one that isn’t adjustable and see if that helps a little with the comfort level. It really is a gorgeous product. It’s got the most room for the most hair of any sleeping cap I’ve tried. I do want to find one that I’m happy with. I have slept in a single-layer silk cap for years but I like how this one conforms better to my head. It truly is pretty enough to wear out of the house, too. Would love to give it five stars, so I’ll update with the non-adjustable version if it’s warranted.

Really stays on!
Because my eye doctor recommended that I wear an eye mask at night since I sleep under a fan, the strap on the mask has started breaking my fine, chin-length blonde (over gray) hair because it rides up my head as I toss and turn. I tried wearing a satin sleep scarf, tied according to a YouTube video, but it would always slip off of my head early in the night. While researching sleep caps, the majority seem to be best suited for women with a lot curly hair. Happily, I found this little gem, and it stays on perfectly all night, every night. The silky inside protects my hair, and the outside fabric is extremely soft. It is not hot at all, nor does it feel confining or claustrophobic. It is just perfect for my needs.

Doesn’t stay on at night
Wanted this to work so bad!I don’t know how people are wearing this at night because the satin lining (while great for your hair - which is why I bought!) slips right off with the slightest movement.Still super cute and comfy- just wish the inside tie worked better

Shiny and smooth!
I bought this to prevent hair breakage from my CPAP. The mask has a strap with little buckles that catch on my hair and pull it. It also leaves impressions in my hair. After sleeping with this cap for the first time, I was SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! I woke up with hair that looked like silk! My hair is very fine and a little wavy and tends to have frizz, especially in an up do. No more frizz for me! I usually go to bed with damp hair after a shower. The dye from the fabric hasn't transferred onto my pillow at all. My hair is dry by the time I wake up, so the fabric is very breathable 😊

Absolutely perfect!
I've used silk scarves for years to keep my hair off my face when I sleep and to help with dryness. Tied as tightly as I could stand they always slip and slide and come off during the night. After trying to DIY an old-fashioned style sleep bonnet (ha ha) I found the Sleep Cap. It's quite perfect! Great fit. Not too tight and can be tightened. Enough stretch to cover big heads, big hair, curlers. Doesn't shift much and doesn't come off. It's unbelievably comfortable - doesn't feel like I'm wearing a hat to bed! My hair looks great in the morning when I pull it off and the silk lining does what it's supposed to do - keeps my hair untangled and leaves the moisture in. I don't wear it out because I don't wear hats but it's cute and can be.
