material is good, open front is what I expect and that is what I get. Amazon AI suggests my size is medium, but it is only true if it is American made. For this particular item, x-large size is what fits me.

I bought these hoping to get some long underwear that provided support for the nuts and bolt. When I first put them on, I thought they felt pretty good but after moving around a little bit, I found the goods just fell out through the trap door. No support at all. I tucked everything back in and within minutes, it all fell out again. I am very disappointed. I have a different model made by Ouruikia that I really like. I will be getting more of those.

The reason why these thermals are the best is not just the material they are made out of, but primarily the comfort and convenience factors. There is a lot of room in key areas in these thermals that make them comfortable in either a relaxed or excited state. The material is also mailable and can adjust to your size. The bottom front portion is open, so your testicles aren't going to be tightly restricted as they are with most thermals, which I find very comfortable. The front tip also simply lifts up for easy access. The only drawback is the overall size. They are sized for east asians, as all underwear of this type is, so if you buy an XL, you're going to get a 3XL. I'm only a 36 waist, and these are snug on me, so they may not be for anyone who has either very long or very wide legs. I've only worn them for a couple of days, but they've adjusted and stretched out very quickly. They're likely the most comfortable thermals you could ever buy anywhere.

So, this fits my legs, waist, butt, etc. well enough to be acceptable.The dual pouches are a really neat idea. But the execution of them was, to be kind, crap.The lower pouch created no definition between the pouch and the bottom of the crotch. Which allowed "the boys" to slide back towards the legs and groin area.The upper pouch was more of an overhang with a shelf inside.There was not enough form to it to keep "richard" in his pouch instead of him dropping down to hang with "the boys".Or he falls off his shelf but doesn't make it to "the boys" and is just dangling in the cold air.And let's not forget the gap between the pouches. Having a cold draft right between "richard" and "the boys" all day long was a new and decidedly unpleasant experience which I have no desire to repeat.I think if the pouches were more anatomically correct they would worth something. But as they are, nope.

Overall the thermal underwear fit perfect. Only issue I have is the sleeve/crotch pouch for shaft is for average male and stretchy enough for more girth(to tight. Other than that there perfect
