Hogue15101 Rubber OverMolded Stock for Howa 1500, Long Action Standard Pillar Bed

This was my ever 'drop in stock' so I was nervous as you can guess. I needn't be, the rifled action fit like it was carved to perfection. The rifle action was a .300 Winchester Magnum, the bedding is of sufficient strength to withstand the heavy recoil. The rubber overmoulding has a great feel to the touch, the comb has a perfect drop for my size and style of shooting. All of these great fits plus a very reasonable price, and fast shipment made this an excellent purchase.

Fit my Weatherby Vanguard 30-06 perfectly! Feels awesome and is much lighter than the original wood stock.

I love this stock so much! Super light weight. Good recoil pad, almost no kick compared to my wood stock. Durable. Comfortable fit. Someone told my the rubber would catch on my clothes, but it doesn't, I have no idea what he was complaining about. I love this!
