I'm a lover of good EVOO and this one is one of the best. The flavor is rich and fruity with just a hint of peppery bite, just the way I like it. For the price, I don't think you can do any better for a finishing or dipping oil.

One of my favorite easily available olive oils wshen I am looking for one with a strong bold flavor. not too bitter. nothing off about the flavor at all yet still strong. I prefer Spanish oils to most others and this one is no exception. Will update if any change with future batches but this brand has always served me well to date.

For some reason good Italian EVOO tastes bitter to me. So I need Spanish or Greek EVOO.This is rich and delicious. And good price.
